Celiac safe, dedicated gluten free! My wife and I were driving through Pasco and I found this wonderful place on Find Me Gluten Free app. Excellent empanadas and cookies! The owners daughter is celiac so you can certainly trust his very very tasty foods. Wish we lived locally so we could go back weekly! Highly recommended!

The lemon empanada was delicious. My son, who isn’t gluten free, had the double chocolate cupcake and was really happy with it. We also grabbed a coffee from Coffee Crush in the same building and it was great!

My three year old son is severely allergic to the top 9 allergens, so he had never had a cupcake before. We order him pastries from different gluten free places but Gluten not included was the only place that I felt took my son’s allergies seriously. The cupcakes they made for him were not only vegan and safe from the top 9 allergens but they were also delicious and the presentation was great. He LOVED his cupcakes. Thank you guys so much for keeping my kiddo safe!

The first time I went a couple months ago I would’ve given this place a 5 star review. The food was delicious and fresh. I went back excited to try it again and, the quality had drastically declined, prices were up and I was served directly out of a warm case that looked like they had been sitting there for hours. The portions were half the size of last time and overall not very good anymore.

Fantastic food and service. Well worth the time and effort to support this family business and enjoy some safe gluten free food. The savory empanada’s were absolutely amazing. Literally melt in your mouth. The kind owners gave us a free fruit empanada with my order of 3 savory ones. Absolutely worth making a special trip to this lovely place. My husband who is not gf really enjoyed the gf chicken empanada.

Cupcakes that are gluten free! Must try! Also, EMPANADA GAME STRONG! My favorite is the Chicken Empanada! Love how as soon as you order they bake them fresh!! WORTH THE WAIT! The crispy edges are my favorite! It’s nice to eat guilt free (without the gluten).

Great food, great service, delicious baked goods! The employee who helped us was great to work with! Highly recommend! I live out of the state and took the empanadas home with me. I finished them a few days later and they were still delicious!
