This is my 4th time eating here. The service is great! The waitresses/waiter are attentive. The breakfast tastes good and comes out presentable. The food tastes clean without any greasy or oily residue or aftertaste. The restaurant is small in size but has a charming southern feel. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Arrived early on a Sunday morning and glad we did. By 0830 the restaurant was almost full to capacity. The menu had a nice variety of things to include some Hispanic dishes if you like getting your spice on in the morning. Had the Bacon Omelette which came with toast and my choice of grits and their Gloucester Combo (French toast, eggs, bacon). The food was just ok, fresh and nothing really bad about it, but there was no real love put into it. Like the eggs were dry and their omelette is what I call a cheater omelette aka rolled up scrambled eggs. Our waitress was awesome though. Gave recommendations, good convo, the works. The decor was nice, clean, and welcoming too. Glad we stopped in on our way back home from a trip.

This is a very nice place for breakfast and lunch. The restaurant is always very clean. They even have tablecloths on every table and in booths. I like that you can get breakfast or lunch any time. One of my favorites is the club sandwich for breakfast. It is delicious and I don’t need to eat again until dinner. It’s tucked away so be on the lookout.

Pancake is in the restaurants name and I suggest having pancakes. The food was yummy and cooked to my preference. The pancakes are cooked the way they are meant to be and lots and f flavor options. Of course they have a large menu with more than pancakes. Suggest a stop at this venue for breakfast anytime of the day.

We visited last week for the first time. I had The most perfect waffle and delicious bacon. My husband had the French toast. I also saw on the menu that they serve liver and onions, and I have been trying to find a place around here to take my mom that makes really good liver and onions! Will definitely be back again!

5/5. Let’s start with the restaurant being spotless. It is noticeable from the moment you open the door. Clean tablecloths and floors with no crumbs in chairs or booths as one finds in many other restaurants.
The service was quick, efficient, and friendly. Our beverage glasses were never empty. The food is brought to the table hot and without delay.
Food was prepared to order and plated properly. The fruit plate was very fresh and is a great side dish option.
There’s a reason why this restaurant is busy it’s because they do everything right.

Great breakfast menu to choose from. My egg sandwich with sausage on a bagel was delicious. I guesstimate at least two eggs were used in the scramble, the sandwich was overstuffed! Seasoned well and hot! Everyone was happy with their orders at our table. It’s definitely return again when in Gloucester.

Comparing the food with the price I think they did a really good job. Good portions, good food, good service, the place is very clean. We ordered the hamburger steak with a side of mashed potatoes, very well seasoned, big portion and it was just $11.
My daughter ordered chorizo burrito with the country potato and it was great! I’d say it was the best thing we ordered. I had the Gloucester platter and it was good as well…I didn’t get the chance to take proper pics when the food arrived but id say this is a place worth your visit.
