Had the barbecoa!! The corn tortillas always soooo hood here. My taco was a bit greasy but very good, just watch the drippings as the taco approaches your mouth..lol. Have napkins ready! That fideo loco was really good!! This one had potatoes in it. Loved the bowl concept! Mexican Ramen..lol. Needed salt but that’s ok, good if watching sodium, if not just add your own salt! The Nachos were a nice size and good. My husband really enjoyed his mini tacos! Overall, good family atmosphere. Able to pull the tables together. Waitress really nice. Food brought out nice and hot and not a long wait at all. You sit yourself. Prices were on the menu. Parking available. Stay open in evenings. Did notice prices go up on menu but food is good here so worth it. They have TV Screen for those TV watchers. Bathrooms are available.

I chose to go inside Gloria’s Mexican Restaurant instead of using the drive-through, assuming it would be faster. I was only ordering menudo, which is already prepared and simply needed to be placed in a to-go container.
After waiting 20 minutes, I watched two cars in the drive-through place their orders and leave. While still waiting inside, two other customers who came in after me received their food and were already eating.
At that point, I went to the counter to ask for a refund if my order wasn’t ready. The same employee who took my order apologized and went to the pickup window, only to find my order had been sitting there the entire time.
Had I not spoken up, I honestly wonder how much longer I would have been left waiting. This experience showed a complete lack of attention and organization. Unfortunately, because of this, I won’t be returning.
Management needs to hold their front-line staff accountable. These employees are the first and only impression customers get of this restaurant, and experiences like this don’t just affect one person. It makes you wonder how many other customers may have been overlooked or frustrated without ever speaking up.

Food is good, salsa is very good. Clean place, friendly service. Prices are reasonable. I would have enjoyed more my meal with corn tortillas.

It was very inefficient, hand writing the order, then checking in menu that those orders were options at the restaurant, then looking at menu for prices.
Ended up waiting for ~40min in the drive thru for the order.
She said they lost the handwritten order. I asked for a refund. She went to talk to the manager and then came back saying she found it and it was ready.
She gave me a bag, all the tacos were wrong, not a single one correct.
Did not want to wait another 40min so we left.

Real homemade Mexican tortillas. The rarity in central Texas of finding a restaurant that sells homemade Mexican tortillas is 1 in a million. Great service and real Mexican food. One day this restaurant hopefully gets bigger. It’s in the quaint small city of Seguin, where you feel the friendliness and the welcome home feel in it’s food. Will stop by the next time I am passing through.

Small taqueria. Some typical food choices all the food is pretty good but love the days when she decides to cook up some birria it was delicious. Cook this more often please and thank you. Overall a good place to eat feels like eating at your abuelita (grandma) house. The waitress are attentive and nice. The place is very clean, quiet and very relaxing.

Ordered bean egg potato w/cheese a carne guisada w/cheese so tender and delicious definitely had to get beef enchiladas with extra gravy and cheese brought it home to enjoy it.. fast service they made everything the way I ordered it . Please give them a try you will not be disappointed..

My boyfriend and I really enjoy the food here. They have delicious authentic Mexican food. In my opinion I think they have the best Mexican food. By far better than any Mexican restaurant in San Marcos. Just saying!!! If you haven’t tried Gloria’s. You better go. You don’t know what you are missing.
