Gloria’s® Latin Cuisine is an authentic Salvadoran and Tex-Mex restaurant with 22 locations throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, Austin, Houston and San Antonio. Gloria’s was conceived by Gloria and Jose Fuentes and born out of the traditions of El Salvador. Inspired Latin additions and award-winning margaritas have provided diversity, skirting the line between tradition and innovation for more than 36 years.

I cant say enough good things about Glorias. You get seated and get to admire the interior of the place. You are served 2 salsas and a black bean dip with crispy hot chips, that dont break when you go to dip. The service was top notch, friendly and didnt rush us at all. People in my party had a whiskey sour and they said it was really good, another got a spicy marg which was also good. Finally there was the CoCo Beach which was phenomenal and had us dreaming of sunny vacation days. Everything was fresh and hot. The meat had a great flavor. We enjoyed the chimychanga, brisket tacos, combination fajitas, and Finished it off with Tres Leches which was very tasty. Between the food and the service I hope I am back sooner than later.

The black bean dip is amazing! It comes with the salsa and chips. I ordered the shrimp and steak fajitas with corn tortillas. My son ordered the ceviche trio and blackened red snapper. Everything was excellent. Our waitress, Melina, was friendly and checked on us to make sure we didn’t need anything. She was great!

Front entrance staff was amazing! Their manager was super cool! their food was a 10 along with the atmosphere! Our server was not very friendly though, smiled many times at her and she didn’t seem like she wanted to be our server lol 🙁

So many amazing things to say about Gloria’s! The vibe in the restaurant was very nice, and the service was very helpful. The restaurant was very big and spacious and was nicely decorated and organized. Carne Asada, beef enchiladas, and the seafood soup stood out to me, and the sauces were a m a z i n g!!

Today was an awesome experience! Leanna, Ernesto, Luis and Jose (manager) made sure my party of 50 were well taken care of! All our needs were well met! I eat here regularly and the restaurant is always clean and the customer service is top notch. We love Gloria’s in Addison! Best location ever!

Lovely restaurant with high end feel, but still welcoming. Very large inside and loud. Food was good, but needed salt. Plaintains were a tad soggy, papusas were GIANT. The pork papusa was not great, meat was grainy and not good taste. Cheese papusa was definitely better. The pescado de gloria (seafood dish) was my main, had good overall flavor and healthy portion of seafood. The rice base was a bit mushy though, and I needed to use some papusa to add umph. Service took a minute, but had a good time.

We ate here last week and dined in on a Friday night. There was a wait only because it was Salsa night we didn’t know this part. We did end up getting a table and I was so thankful because if we’d been at the bar we’d have to stand up and eat. The chairs are removed from the entire for so it can become a dance floor. Our food and drinks were great. I’ll definitely return
