I was in town for a meeting and went to Gloria’s for dinner. It’s a beautiful restaurant with such a great vibe! I sat at the bar; the bartenders were so nice and very attentive.
Chips & Dips: I was served a basket of chips with salsa, black bean dip, and salsa verde shortly after I sat down. I had to stop myself from eating the entire basket of chips; the chips and all three dips were so good!
Drink: For my drink, I had the spicy cucumber margarita and it was hands down the best spicy margarita I’ve ever had! It was the perfect amount of spice to go with the refreshing taste of the cucumber. Loved the little cucumber bits, too!
Dinner: For my entree, I had the chicken enchiladas with the sour cream sauce, it was delicious! The sauce was creamy and very flavorful, and I loved the rice & beans.
I had such a wonderful experience at Gloria’s; I wish they had a location in Florida (specifically Tampa lol), because I’d go there all the time!! I’ll definitely go back the next time I’m in TX. 🙂

All the Gloria’s restaurants I’ve been to – I love! I haven’t been to this location in a long time. But coming here last Friday night, I was surprised to see how it wasn’t that busy. Because on weekends there’s always a big crowd, full bar, and parties waiting. So I dined at the bar and received great service. I love their chips & salsa and especially their signature black bean dip. I had the pollo tacos with rice and beans and they were great and fulfilling. I even had a couple glasses of agua de verano, thought it was an alcoholic drink but it wasn’t. It was more of a refreshing drink and probably the best I ever had.

The service during our visit was extremely disappointing. One waitress was assigned to a table of twelve, and from the beginning she appeared unwilling to take on the responsibility. Her demeanor was cold, and the level of service provided was below expectations. Numerous errors were made throughout the evening, resulting in most of our party choosing to package their meals and leave after more than two hours. Several members of our group were unable to dine together due to the delays. When it came time to settle the bill, multiple tickets were incorrect. Unfortunately, this experience has led us to decide not to return to this location. For a more positive experience, we recommend the Gloria’s location in Garland.

Located in a nice but busy area with plenty to do around it. Customer service was fine and the food came out in a timely manner.
I ordered the strawberry margarita to drink and a small guacamole to start. I enjoyed both items especially as the guacamole was fresh! For the main, I ordered the tacos (2 chicken, 1 beef) with corn tortillas – it came with rice and beans. The tacos were enjoyable and had good flavor.
Overall, this spot has a new aesthetic, the customer service was great, and food good. I would return to try other items!

I’m from Florida and visiting family. My family raved about the margaritas so much! When arrived they made sure we stopped to get one and omg, it was delicious. I ordered a frozen mango margarita with a tajin rim. The chips and dip were a perfect compliment to the drinks! Also, our server Sadhai was amazing!!!

Gloria’s was my first stop for my pre-birthday shenanigans, and I’m so glad I could spend it with Sara! She was incredibly attentive, down to earth, and patient — the kind of server who makes the whole experience even better. I ordered the sour cream enchiladas and the tres leches cake, and both were out of this world!
Thank you, Sara, for starting my birthday celebration off on the perfect note. I’ll definitely be back! Hit the follow button ❤️

Normally, Gloria’s is a slam dunk. Food, service, atmosphere are all working in tandem for an amazing dining experience. Today the food and atmosphere was in check but the service was severely lacking. I almost was able to capture a photo of the 4 servers at a wait stand about 6’ from our table, just standing around and enjoying the Gloria’s social club. However, as soon as they saw my phone aim their direction they scattered like creatures afraid of light.
A manager did pass our table early once and everything was fine at that point. After that pass by, it went downhill rapidly. No refills, attempts to get attention or ask for our server went unanswered. When we asked for our check to a passing waitperson, we were told that we are not their table but they will find someone to help.
The food was delicious. Truly, the food always slams at Gloria’s. This visit was highly marred lackluster and not up to par service. We will return as we choose to believe this is a one off.

The food was amazing, and our server William was excellent attentive, friendly, and made the experience even better. Even the water was great and so refreshing. The ambiance was wonderful and the service was top-tier. Would definitely recommend!

Dinner with friends. Lindsay took good care of us. Service was a relaxed pace. Cocktails were good. The black bean puree dip was so good that we asked for more. Entrees were sampler plates with a variety of items. The fried yucca and the plantains were both a hit. Flank steak was tender and cooked perfectly. A lovely evening.

Lunch with two teens yesterday at noon. As with most restaurants that serve Latin cuisine, we were immediately served a bowl of warm corn chips with red salsa, salsa verde, and black bean dip that went fast. Our servers took good care of us and everything came out just as we’d expect. We had no wait time to be seated and it may be because it was a Monday noon. The dining room is large and open with a calming lighting, a comforting ambiance. We all ordered from the lunch menu and the portion sizes were not too much. The price, I’d say its reasonable for this area. I dislike these huge plates of food that serve 3 people. We had just the right amount. Gloria’s has been around a long time in Addison. Let’s talk about PARKING. Gloria’s is located at Village Parkway and there is parking in the center area all the way down the shopping area. We were fortunate because there was plenty of parking yesterday. There is also a parking garage and signs can direct you to that area. I believe there is valet. Plan ahead! Would I come back to Gloria’s? YES!
