So, Gloria’s for my birthday, was a total hit as always. Gloria’s no matter the location has been a smashing hit. The service was top notch and the food, well it was BUSSIN BUSSIN so hmmm good. From my mango mimosa, the chips w salsa and on point black bean dip to the my enteee of Carne asada. My baby girl had the mariscada (seafood soup) I got to taste it and wow it was so good and for her it brought back childhood memories. It’s what she always ordered when we went as a family when she was just a teen. It was just as good as she remembered. They had the best salsa and Bachata music in the background that was like have my cake and eating it too. It kept me in motion albeit in my seat. Lol. Thank you Gloria’s for staying constant in service and quality of food.
**** UPDATE: As good as ever with the exception of the chips seeming a bit different than usual, a little heavy in my humble opinion. Didn’t seem to be the fresh light warm chips.
Now, Go get your grub on and happy eating

Been a while since I’ve been to a Gloria’s took my dad for his 1st visit. I couldn’t get a wow out of him but he wants to go again and that is good. Until next time, good get your grub on

My chicken fajita meal was excellent. Our waiter, Johnny, was very attentive and made sure my sister who was celebrating her birthday, had a special dessert. The manager was great too. After a minor salsa spill as we were being seated, the cleanup was quick and thorough but in addition the manager didn’t charge me for my meal or glass of wine! Couldn’t ask for better service!

It was a Friday night and quite busy as expected. We were willing to wait. It is a favorite restaurant of ours, for our date nights. We were seated after the expected wait time provided had nearly expired. The host station was very organized. We were seated in a part of the restaurant – we had not yet been seated, in our prior visits to Gloria’s. Carolina was delightful. Always remained cool under the present circumstances. Never missing a beat. We were involved in our conversation yet, Carolina was always good to check in on us and share in our banter for a few seconds before, checking in on her other tables and the kitchen/bar for orders. As we were leaving, we were paying her compliments when she mentioned, this was her very first job as a server. Now, my partner and I both come from customer service backgrounds more so, from our former years in college. We could not believe what a natural Carolina was. Carolina is one of those special people – who know how to make others feel special too. What a great addition to Gloria’s. Carolina may have been the best server we’ve had at Gloria’s -and we’ve had some real good ones in the past 3.5 years. We will be certain to request to be seated in Carolina’s section when we come in next time. Gracias por – such a wonderful meal we can always count on y personas como Carolina, who take our experience to the next level. Making us feel at home.

Tasty hispanic food and comfortable atmosphere. Meal portion size is what we SHOULD eat, so do not go there expecting traditional massive hispanic cuisine. Chips came with three dip choices (all od which were yummy). I had brunch. The chilaquiles I had was good, but not the best I have had. It is my favorite Mexican breakfast dish, so I am a bit picky. Next time I will try one of their staple items.

Gloria’s absolutely never disappoints! The food is fresh and delicious. The service is attentive but not intrusive. The manager even comes around to check on the tables. It’s a lively location, not a quiet romantic dinner experience. Outdoor seating is great when the weather is nice. They have two outdoor options and one overlooks a pond with a fountain.

I have my favorites here and ordered one tonight, the chicken flautas. So so good! Beef nachos is also a family favorite. The marinade makes the beef so tasty. We tried something new this time. The seafood ceviche tostadas were loaded with shrimp and fish. They had a nice kick to them but not too spicy. The flavors weren’t as deep as other dishes, but it was refreshing and tasted really good.

With the chips, they serve salsa and a black bean puree dip thingy. I’m obsessed with at dip! The salsa is fresh tasting and spicy and we love it!

Don’t forget the queso as well. I could literally drink that stuff and be happy!

Love the heated patio. This was my 1st time. Drove from Mansfield for my friend, Gustavo’s birthday! And with the service I received from Jeisson, I’d make that drive again! He’s so attentive, polite & patient! He even schooled me on the type of mango that was in my drink lol. I hope the owner knows what a gem he is

Love Gloria’s! The black bean salsa is delicious. Good size portions for good price. Great atmosphere and service.

Update August 2025: still loving Gloria’s. They are so consistent with everything. They have incredible nachos that have a ton of meat. We get half chicken half steak.

Recently met friends at this Gloria’s on Justin Road in Flower Mound. They have a comfortable indoor seating area and are open from 11am to 9pm (Sun to Thurs) and 11am to 10pm (Fri & Sat). Menu features Latin inspired and traditional Tex/Mex items.

On the occasion, I ordered the Nachos which came as a plate with 10 chips covered in Monterrey Jack cheese and black beans. A bit of guac, sour cream and jalapeños on the side along beef topping helped make these decent nachos but on the whole, it was a bit uninspiring. Would be ok to eat here again based on what friends ordered, which they seemed to enjoy. Would try something different on the menu however.
