We offer a selection of baked goods, including sourdough breads, whole grain breads, enriched breads, Italian and French breads, fruit pies, cookies, scones, pastries and any goodies that don’t require refrigeration. Under a Cottage license, we are not allowed to make cheesecakes, custards, and/or butter cream items. At Glorias Apron, simple moments are made special with only the best ingredients, never with additives or preservatives. Seasonal items are made with fruit and vegetables from our own orchard and garden. Share our passion with us.

What a great find in Canon City! Found this bakery on Google, searching for fresh bread to bring to a dinner party. I got a loaf of whole grain sourdough, and seeded sourdough. Everyone raved about the bread! I’ll definitely be back!

For our 4-day family gathering in Cañon City, I ordered 4 types of bread from Gloria’s Apron. They were all delicious! The Rosemary Garlic Potato Bread was my favorite. The Cinnamon Swirl was perfectly lightly sweetened letting the cinnamon paste and delicious bread shine through. The Deli Rye and Dinner Rolls were also delicious! Erika and Paul were easy to work with and very accommodating with our changing pickup time. Thanks for helping make our family gathering special!

No customer service. 3 days ago I called and left a voicemail message with a question that I needed answered before I place my online order. I never got a phone call back and never got my question answered, so I did not place an online order with them. I ordered from somewhere else.
