It’s an okay spot in the mall to get a tasty treat or drink. I really love the large variety of cups and mugs. Customer service is okay, too bad they don’t pay attention to what they charge you for. Beware, I was overcharged for a pound cake I didn’t take. I tried to connect someone about a refund for my overcharge, but I’ve had no luck yet. Double check your orders before they run your card.

Omg yes I know it’s a coffee shop but you guys have to try the Pina colada . It was soooooo good. I’ve had Pina colada’s before, but this, this beat it all. Absolutely 10/10. Also try the pistachio chiller and oreo/mocha chiller. Really good!

I must’ve missed the memo that empty cups are now a protected commodity. I come here all the time when i’m at the mall to buy chillers but today I made the mistake of asking if I could PURCHASE a small empty cup. Not beg for one. Not sneak one. Literally pay. But no, the girl with the red hair was clearly on a power trip, proudly shutting down every reasonable offer I made. I didn’t realize asking to pay for an empty cup was such a bid deal.
This wasn’t about policy, it was about power tripping over a cup. If the staff can’t handle a simple, respectful request without making the customer feel like a burden, I’m more than happy to take my money somewhere else. Plenty of other spots in the mall that actually value the people who keep them in business.

I got a mug for my fiancée here she really liked it and I often get coffee here nearly every time I come here the coffee ALWAYS tastes good!! I recommend what I usually get which is a vanilla iced latte doesn’t matter what season it is iced latte on top forever!

Little pricy but decent enough food. They offer free samples a lot. My wife and I ate here a couple times. It’s something to do in the mall. Wish they offered discounts or deals though. Like I said just a bit pricy

Staff was super helpful and kind. I had never tried the coffee here before so I asked the cashier what their favorite drink was, they listed a million different drinks haha. I loved their bubbly personality, and enthusiasm. It looked like the staff really enjoyed working there and it makes me feel like it’ll be the best coffee ever. I have a chocolate allergy, but that was definitely not a problem. I tried a pistachio with coffee base type of cooler? It was like a frappe type of consistency, since I’m not quite sure what it was called on their menu, but it was delicious.

Somebody teach that black girl at the register some nice manners. You don’t go wrestling with customers over how they like their coffee just because “you’ve never seen someone have a coffee like that” and keep your opinion for yourself! Ever been to Starbucks?!? The other one in the back making a coffee was wonderful. The coffee tasted good though.
