Food is great.
Highly unimpressed with lack of service though. We placed an order online and there was a problem with it. When we called to address it, they told us they cannot change the order once it is placed. They also did not let us cancel it and place a new order to resolve the problem. We were basically told that once we placed an order we were locked in and could not change anything and are going to be charged. I have never had such difficulties with a restaurant before.
This also is not my first time that this store has messed me over. I don’t usually give bad reviews for just one negative occurrence. This is becoming a pattern at this point.

This is probably the best flieshig takeout. My favorite dish is the famous glatt bite sesame chicken and the lba sandwich is quite good as well. Overall the place is pretty cheap.

I loved the new renovation they did. It’s very convenient not to halve to stand online to order and just be able to order from the table kiosk. The prices are great. The food is SUPER consistent!!

The food is tasty and the prices are excellent, especially for kosher dining they’re almost unbeatable. The chicken dishes in particular were flavorful and enjoyable, and I’d definitely order them again along with the sauces.
That said, I wouldn’t recommend the chicken matzo ball soup, which unfortunately tasted overwhelmingly oily.
Service was quick, and the overall atmosphere leaned toward a younger crowd. Most of the teenagers were well-behaved, though a few were disruptive and made the environment less comfortable.
Overall, I’d return for the chicken and sauces, the flavors and value make it worthwhile.

This place is incredible! I have never, ever seen a food establishment with such speed and convenience. Every table has its own screen for ordering while you’re seated. The place was jam-packed, and the owner even came by to apologize for the wait to be seated. Despite this, my food was ready in a lightning-fast 3 to 5 minutes—and it was delicious and fresh!

I got an egg roll which was really good. Also got- White rice and vegetables…. The vegetables were bland tasting and ehhh I couldn’t enjoy it it needed like a sweet sauce to it. The white rice was good and fresh tasting. The food wasn’t amazing but was still okay. Bathrooms are actually so fancy and relaxing. It was playing wedding music inside. I can see it’s a good hangout place to eat food but more of to enjoy with friends.

Low quality food. Undercooked food and was told to warm it up at home. Did not offer a reorder or a refund for the dish. On the way out had the audacity to offer a compliment hotdog or burger to “make me happy” and get me out the door.
