Edited to change from 1 star to 5. Now, the food is delivered fast, fresh, well-made, and 100% right-side-up. We’ve had the same young lady as our delivery driver the past few times, and the delivery is consistently excellent now!

Pretty good. But a bit pricey. Paid $25 for a 14″ pepperoni and sausage pizza, and a can of Pepsi to be delivered with a 3.00 tip. Website is a bit tricky to navigate to order on mobile. Pizza was here in about an hour from when I ordered. Delivery instructions were followed which is always nice. Next time I’d be willing to order again with coupons which I didn’t see until after I ordered. So if you’re going to order, check the coupons first 🙂 overall, it was pretty good pizza. Well made.

I absolutely love ordering from this location! The pizzas are always cooked to perfection and the toppings are generous. The sandwiches are tasty and full of flavor. And they have a big variety of sides- something the other chains don’t. Whether I call in my order or do it through the website I always get amazing customer service. The staff are really friendly and are always smiling. The delivery drivers always bring my food hot and they follow any instructions I leave for them. The lobby is clean and the soda cooler is well stocked. Wait times may be longer during rush times but it’s totally worth the wait!

I ordered pizza and nuggets for a meeting. Iw as given a 35 minute delivery time. I called an hour after ordering and was told it would be on it’s way soon, that they only had 2 drivers. Called again 20+ more minutes later and was told the driver had just gotten back to pick up our food and he would be there in 10-15 minutes. Pizza was good, warm, not hot, and nuggets were too tough to chew and cold. They also sent the wrong sauce. I called to suggest reimbursement and was given $5 credit. This was my 2nd similar experience with GNP and will not be ordering again.

Always enjoy the pizza and pastas that we order from here. Lately the delivery driver we’ve had she has been very communicative anytime there is a delay in our delivery. Spoken with the owner before because we had an error on one of our pizzas a while back and she was very patient and kind even remade up that pizza and ran it out herself to us.

Normally and regularly we order from here and the food is great. Very few complaints. This time, I ordered the Pompeii Pepperoni, a new pizza they’re featuring, and it was awful! Half the ingredients were absent and missing from the pizza altogether, even though I ordered it as is, just to give it a try. It seemed half burnt around the edges, and the crust wasn’t chewable. The cheese was clumpy and the cup and char pepperoni was just barely visible. No tomato or fresh basil to be seen anywhere. I’m disappointed. I’m not going to order that pizza again. They got other good stuff, but that new one no way!

I have ordered from this place 5 different times… and four of those orders were wrong. So, the last time I called and got delivered the incorrect order (again!) I decided to get a refund. It’s been over a week and apparently the regional manager needs to call me to be able to process a refund?!!!! Like .
