Came here for food and drinks… the pizza was good, not great, but good, but where this place really lacked was in service. The bartender just didn’t want to be there and you could tell, bartenders and overall service are what maker a place thrive, in this case was the reason we left (on top of being dead on a Saturday).

While staying in Green Bay, we decided to try Glass Nickel Pizza Co. for dinner — and I’m so glad we did! Our server was fantastic: friendly, patient while we debated which pizza to order, quick with our drink orders, and thorough in explaining the day’s specials.
The atmosphere is casual and relaxed, with the bonus of bar seating if you’re dining solo — a nice touch that makes it feel welcoming for everyone.
When the pizza first arrived, I was a little hesitant because the crust looked like it might be from a frozen pizza. But that doubt disappeared with the first bite — it was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. We went with the supreme, which was generously loaded with toppings.
I also love that they offer a different daily special, which makes it easy to enjoy a great meal while saving a little money. Overall, this was a wonderful experience, and I’d definitely recommend stopping here if you’re in the area!

Some of their pizzas are interpretations of popular flavors so it might not be what you expect but it’s still delicious nonetheless!
I love getting pizza from here – their sauce, crust, quality, and overall flavor is usually quite consistent and satisfying.

I ordered on door dash tonight and one of their own people showed up! Food was beyond delicious hot and fresh!! The canoli cake out of this world!!! Toasted ravioli with their alfredo sauce is a must have! Excellent experience will definitely order again!!!!

The details:
I walked 6 miles with my Boxer service dog before arriving here. I was greeted in an appropriate manner in a reasonable amount of time. I inquired as I have in the past if we could sit on the patio and get service outside. The bartender/server/order taker/hostess (Madison) was very pleasant and gladly accommodated us on the patio.
I ordered beer for me and water for the dog. The beer was served cold immediately and a pitcher of water along with disposable bowl for the dog was brought to my table.
I was thrilled by our acceptance and decided to stay for lunch and make a time of it.
I ordered a pick 4 salad which was served on Leaf or Romaine lettuce and of substantial size. My dog got meatballs which she definitely approved of (they were pretty decent). We took an Italian sub to go when we left an hour or so later.
*** NOTE***
I understand an upcharge for a side with sandwich, however I feel that any single serve sandwich should at the very least be served with a pickle spear as this is not a “Sub shop” and a pleasant sit down dining experience is provided.
My review is based off of 13 yrs bartending, 17 yrs cooking, and an avid dog lover and service dog trainer. My dog experience is better with each visit.

Took about an hour and a half for my pizza to show up which was 40 min after estimated delivery stated on order receipt, and by the time it got here, it was colder than a Green Bay winter. I asked for it to be cut in squares, but it came barely hacked into weird triangles. Ended up having to grab my own pizza cutter just to make it look halfway normal and actually cut.
Between cutting it, reheating it, and trying to make it edible, I basically had to do my own prep just to eat dinner. For what I paid, I might as well have made the pizza myself. The flavor was fine once I salvaged it, but the service and prep were anything but a slice above.
If this is what they call delivery, they might wanna start actually delivering because all I got was a cold pizza. The only positive. Was the delivery driver. Who complimented my pumpkin carvings.

Orderd a medium Deluxe pizza and cheese bread. It was delivered in the stated time. However it was the wrong pizza! We called right away and were told no problem we will fix it and put a rush on it. ( after some excuses about a new bartender)We have called multiple times since and it is 2 1/2 hours later …still NO PIZZA!! Finally got a supervisor to call us back and told he will take care of it himself…I guess we will see…still waiting…This is terrible and not what we are used to here…it may be some time before we consider you again!
Finally got the pizza…and 2 chocolate chip cookie for our trouble. DO BETTER GLASS NICKEL!!

Some of the best pizza I’ve ever had! Glass Nickel is great for both takeout and dine-in. They have convenient parking and are very timely. Make sure to try their Nickel Nuggets!
