I’m Not Ok With Mess
I tasted the wings & fries from this establishment for the 1st time at a recent event and was initially pleased. What I appreciated was that the wings were a normal size and the fries were not the same hard fries I find gross that are sold by many of their competitors. However, 2 days later when I placed an individual order I was beyond disappointed with my 10 piece wings order that had the smallest wings I have ever seen in my life, a 1/3 of the size of a Roku remote. Folks save yourself the frustration, buy a large container of MSG and cook your food at home.

Fresh, hot, and definitely on point! The guy behind the counter was on the phone the entire time while taking orders at the counter, working the fryers, packaging up the orders, all without missing a beat. Who need employees!!?? The food was really good, deserves another visit soon.

The whole wings with lemon pepper are one of my favorites. I’ve tried probably every fish & chicken in town over the years and the wings at GJs are up there with the best of them. A previous reviewer mentioned getting smaller wings on his order, but honestly this is an issue you’ll see at any fish & chicken and it’s very rare from my experience over the years . I was told they’ve only been open a few months and I’ll definitely be back soon!

I went yesterday and got a three piece honey hot and cheese fries. The chicken wings were spoiled, the smell was almost covered by the sauce but it was a spoiled smell when I bit into the wings. The bones were all black and the “white meat” of the wings was discolored. It made me throw up. I’m going to probably call the health department

I really did not go there. I ordered delivery. Those wings were so small that they really didn’t even have a chicken taste. Even the lemon pepper did not help the chicken. I doubt if I would pay that much for their chicken again unless they serve larger wings.

Ordered just plain chicken n fries no Lemon pepper seasoning. Took a small bite. Couldn’t eat it. Disposed it. Something told me to just throw it away. Had weird smell and taste. I believe the lemon pepper seasoning is for masking.
6 pieces of chicken for under $9 is questionable.
I ended up just going next door to Steak ‘n Shake and was satisfied and my spirit did not raise any red flags like it did with GJ.
