Food and prices are good and it’s definitely conveniently quick. There is certainly something off with the owner though, it seems he has OCD/ADAD about his parking lot. Parked for just a minute or two to get off the clock and he came out asking whether I’m coming in or n as if he was looking to get into an altercation about me not parking there, which I found quite strange. Also, insisted upon me paying as I was about to take my first bite as if he didn’t trust me. After seeing other reviews I see it’s a trend and there’s clearly something wrong with him. At the end of the day o get it you’re a pizza shop in NJ and can have that old school mentality , but he should just chill outa bit to put a few more $$$ to his business. Clearly he doesn’t care. it’s good, but it’s not that good. I would still revisit if I’m in the area.

A local small business that has appeal. The small little house turned into a pizza/sub shop. Their parking lot is bigger than the building. So it is easy to get in and out. When entering a few tables on your left and order counter to your right. We ate there but, customers came in and out. The menu is extensive but, uses the main ingredients to make it so. Pizza, stromboli, calzone, subs, cheesesteaks, etc. We had a slice of pizza. The pie was made already and the slice had to be reheated. The crust was thin and crisp which, made it tasty. The amount of sauce and cheese were balanced but, oily. Needed to drain before eating. The meatball sub with potatoes, peppers & onions was average. The sauce was to much which, took away from the sub. The meatball was bland. The bread was crispy and tasty as well as the fries.

Broken-hearted & disappointed! After almost a decade of ordering from this husband & wife establishment, we will no longer patronize them. I cannot imagine, and I’m still shocked, that the owner would be so rude to my sister in law who was visiting out of state. She inquired about coupons for a big order & he told her she could go elsewhere & hung up in her ear. That’s when I called from my own phone to which he told me off, accused me of prank calling & would no longer accept calls from my number; then hung up! We were dumbfounded by it all. All I wanted to do is treat my big brother to an Italian cheesecake, that he can only get when he visits Jersey. Every time he comes, I treat them to it. My youngest child who is 12, was a toddler when we moved here & called the place “Seppi’s house.” Today all of that is done! My oldest son called to let them know of their disrespect, how we’d been almost a decade long customers. We literally live around the corner. He didn’t care, he stuck to his ignorance and hung right up. So no, I don’t recommend them and will NEVER patronize him again. They lost out on a $200 order, they lost out on faithful customers. I’d rather throw money in the garbage, than ever go again! Thanks a lot. When a person shows you who they are; believe them! You seriously need some therapy and to get that gate out of your heart.

I am beyond horrified that a person like this is allowed to run a business in such a beautiful town. We came to have lunch and paused briefly in the parking lot for enough time to read the signs posted and the owner came out phone in hand recording us acting like we were doing something wrong. He started knocking on our windows when we wouldn’t roll our windows down after he started becoming violent and erratic. He tried to open the doors on our vehicle and when we told him we had two small children in the backseat he proceeded to record our children!!!! We called the police and they told us unfortunately they come frequently to his establishment and have many reports on him.We videoed the whole incident and sadly can only show the photos of his behavior.

I ordered a Philly cheese steak, and when the order was ready I asked the owner for barbecue sauce and he said it’s $.50 for barbecue sauce. I asked him if it really was $.50 cents for the sauce he said yes. I told him I didn’t want the sauce he said then you can’t have the sandwich.

wow, i have never had worse italian food in my life. italian food isn’t even that hard to make… the owner was rude and the garlic knots were so bad. he smacked my butt on the way out and said, “don’t come again fatty!” will not be returning!
