Returned to celebrate our friends birthday. We had an amazing meal. Appetizers were baked clams , clams posillipo and mozzarella all crazy good. Veal parmigiana and veal Milanese both delicious and basically all the desserts !! Needless to say roll us out.
Forgot the softest fluffy Gnocchi with meat sauce on the side !! Don’t forget them !!

Was looking for a non-chain restaurant and found this neighborhood Italian restaurant. Was glad I did. Authentic Italian food and very friendly staff. I commented on how good the biscotti was and out of nowhere came a ziplock back full of it. Very nice touch. House wine by the glass was good quality.

I don’t generally give reviews but, I did a takeout order. What a huge mistake and I’m offering this review to make sure the restaurant realizes how really terrible the food was.
“Fresh mozzarella with roasted peppers” was Squares of some weird mozzarella type cheese,
Squares like what?
Clearly not fresh, just horrible.
Roasted peppers from a jar, cmon.
Penne was soft and soapy tasting.
I’m going to stop here.
Not fair to think that any responsible restaurant would serve this. I’m more disappointed than angry.

Love this place all around and everything waitresses and bartender make you feel welcome the chef come to your table and make some suggestions on the food

Maybe I got the wrong thing but the food came out oddly fast. The pasta was mushy and the sauce had no flavor. The service was good but other than that it was very mediocre. Not what I expected based on the reviews

Excellent!!! The food was amazing!!! Giulio personally goes to each table to make sure everything is as you like it……Not too many places left where the Owner is so accessible. 50 years in business, he is obviously doing something right……….THE FOOD!!!!!

Ordered takeout. A broiled Veal Chop dinner with mashed potatoes. What I got was a veal chop that was ALL FAT and unrecognizable mushy stuff that was Definitely NOT mashed potatoes. The cost was over $60 and not worth $10. I am not a picky eater but this meal was not edible. It went into the garbage after tasting it.

One of my favorite restaurants. Their food is always excellent, branzino is crisped skin and the waiter filets it perfectly, not one bone. Veal chop is large, perfectly browned and juicy. All of their portions are large enough that it makes a perfect lunch the next day. Service is always excellent, attentive without being annoying. Pictured is a fig and prosciutto appetizer.
