This bakery is very cute inside and has a large variety of baked goods. The presentation of the items is so beautiful and it took us a while to decide which items we would like to purchase. We got bagels, a muffin and a cup of coffee. The bagels were fantastic, but the muffin tasted a little dried out and maybe a day too late. The coffee was excellent!! The staff were friendly, but a little slow in preparing the bagels. There were several people standing around waiting for their food. The wait was worth it for the coffee and bagels. The parking was a little awkward with few spaces. Overall good place and convenient for those in the Oakdale area. Hoping the best for Giuliano’s Bakery!!

Great grinders but who ever cleans the glass cases should make sure they take the deserts out before cleaning. The Mississippi mud pie I just got tasted like straight up chemicals. And it’s not the first time one of there sweets has tasted like chemicals. I guess this is a grinder place only for me now.

Ordered a roast beef ham grinder. Asked if the bread was fresh was told it always is. My grinder roll was hard stale and fell apart the meat and other stuff was great but grinder roll terrible. I also ordered a fruit and yogurt parfait asked if they contained nuts was told no I asked twice to make sure told no. Get the parfait it has what looks to be shaved almonds in it definitely some kind of nut but I think almonds. Packaging has no allergin labels. It is your workers jobs to know what your products are made with especially for people with life threatening food allergies and if they didn’t know they should of said that I’d rather that than them reassuring me there is nothing I’m severely allergic to in that product when there definitely was . The front lady who’s there in the morning is rude does not greet you doesn’t smile and seems like an inconvenience to take your order she rather talk on her phone through her ear piece then pay attention to customers. This is not my first bad experience at this establishment and I will not spend anymore money there Groton business is great. But this montville store is a huge disappointment all around

I never had an issue with the original location. But however with the second location there seems to be a language barrier issue. cause the lady that’s taking my order never seems to understand what I am asking for and I constantly have to repeat myself. And twice I called & ordered a sandwich for pick up I asked for a bacon egg & cheese on a roll toasted with salt and pepper on it. i go & pick it up, get all the way back to home & my sandwich is not toasted. There’s no salt but a bunch of pepper on it. To point where I couldn’t eat the whole sandwich, because there was so much pepper on it.

Want to try the pizza. Breakfast sandwiches pretty good. Didn’t care for the subs. Chocolate croissant WAYY too filled. Like ridiculously Couldn’t eat it at all but the croissant itself would have been good with wayyy less filling. Pistachio cake 10/10 so good!! Not fan of cannolis really in general so not fair of me to put input on that but family liked them. Son loved his cupcake. Girl at front came off very rude tho and did not talk to us once while we ordered but that’s whatever. Would still go back to try other things. Customer service just not very good and had NO CLUE where to park was super confusing. Picture below is just half of the croissant was more filling leaking out in box I only took half to try.

Food is good but there’s never enough help so ordering is such a long process. If you have 45 minutes to an hour to get a sub for lunch go. Otherwise go somewhere else. I personally prefer a Village Pizza as it is much more convenient and they actually get people out of there in a reasonable amount of time

So some of the items definitely deserve 5 stars while others not so much. I love the carrot cake bomb and also the round peanutbutter thing. They both are exceptional!! I didn’t however like the oreo dessert.

Friendly atmosphere here and bakery selection is awesome! I bring my kids here and let them pick out a pastry or big cookie and they love it every time, Would Recommend

I went there on Thursday to buy some Napoleon’s. They didn’t have any in their case so I spoke to the person behind the counter and I said I wanted 6 Napoleons for Friday. There seemed to be a language barrier there, but she assured me after she took my phone number and my name and what I wanted that they would be ready after 2 PM Friday. I went there, and there was a male behind there who spoke very little English, and I told him they were supposed to have pastries for me. All he kept saying was no no no, come back tomorrow, around 12. So I went back today and asked the cashier about the six Napoleons that I had ordered on Thursday and there were none available.
