Girasole Trattoria Italiana is a fantastic spot for authentic Italian cuisine. The Eggplant Parmesan is absolutely outstanding—perfectly baked, full of flavor, and easily one of the best I’ve ever had.
The menu has great variety and everything tastes fresh and homemade. And here’s a bonus surprise: they serve Brazilian feijoada as a Sunday special—delicious and full of flavor! Warm atmosphere, great service, highly recommended.
Girasole Trattoria is everything you dream of when you think of an authentic Italian dining experience — cozy, warm, and bursting with flavor.
From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted like family. The ambiance is charming and romantic, with soft lighting, rustic decor, and the gentle aroma of fresh herbs filling the air. Every dish is crafted with love — you can literally taste it. The pasta is handmade, the sauces are rich and balanced, and the wine selection is on point.
I had the “Chicken Francese” and it was divine. Perfectly cooked, beautifully plated, and unforgettable. The staff? Absolutely wonderful — attentive, friendly, and passionate about what they do.
If you’re looking for a place that feels like a little slice of Italy, this is it. Girasole Trattoria isn’t just a restaurant — it’s an experience. 10/10. Will be back (probably this week!)
UPDATE: Returned on 12/4/2025, same great customer service and food but it was really cold in the restaurant like REALLY cold. They had one heating lamp by the window but it was not enough. Every time the door opened, we were blasted with the piercing cold. Patrons sat at the back of the bigger room in hopes of garnering more warmth. Not totally successful. May have to wait until warmer weather to return.
