I went here for lunch. I ordered the Brutus burger with grilled vegetables and a drink. I also ordered a small mixed green salad . They have unsweetened tea. Overall the food was good. The portion sizes were decent and the service was good. I will order the platter next time

I’ve been going here for over a decade and the last couple months things have gone down hill. Upright rude customer service and the good quality has declined. Restaurant also mostly empty yet food would be cold and not tasty.

Since you replied so quickly and monitoring the reviews you can give feedback to the three workers you current have on shift right now. As you can see the last three reviews been negative. Please address the staff.
Gave them another chance and even preordered my meal 20 minutes ahead of time. And it wasn’t ready in this empty restaurant. I will never patronize again or recommend this place. Service is also still terrible.

I loved the burger, I could tell that all the ingredients were so fresh specially the meat and the fries. I recommend this restaurant if you’re looking for something grilled and affordable.

I visited Giraldas during happy hour and was impressed with the drinks and prices. They had an excellent selection, and the happy hour specials were a great deal. However, the food was a major disappointment. The steak was overcooked and dry, the rice tasted bland and seemed like it came straight from a microwave, and the black beans were undercooked.
For a restaurant in Midtown, surrounded by so many other great spots, I expected much better. The maintenance was also lacking — some of the seats were heavily torn, and one booth was patched up with duct tape. It really takes away from the dining experience.
Giralda’s has potential with its happy hour drinks, but they need to step up on the food quality and the upkeep of the restaurant if they want to compete in this area.

I frequent Giraldas in Midtown at least twice per month. The burgers are excellent, food is very good and price you can’t beat. The happy hr special on burgers and beers is unbeatable. The service is limited as you pay for the food at cashier and someone brings it to you. Don’t expect a full service sit down lunch or dinner. Their business model works and keeps me going back. Good food at great prices.

I’ve been coming here on and off whenever I’m in Midtown, but the place has really deteriorated. The quality is nowhere near what it used to be.
I ordered the picanha steak, and the portion was shockingly small about the size of a credit card.
The plate itself was so tiny it was even difficult to eat from. The fries were lukewarm, and the salad was drowning in balsamic.
To make matters worse, the Coke machine wasn’t working and only poured water. When I asked if they had Coke, the staff just shrugged and said no, as if it didn’t matter.
When I paid for this little portion, the guy who took my order actually asked me straight out, “and the tip is… this is for me,” which I found extremely rude. A tip should be earned, not demanded, further the server should get it.
Overall, it was a really bad experience. I left hungry, disappointed, and shocked at how far this place has fallen.
The owner should take this feedback seriously and make major changes because long term, they won’t survive with this level of food and service, especially considering how many better options exist nearby.

Very bad customer service! It was an scam the food that we got! Small piece of beef and we were missing some sides for both plates! We took the food to go… and was around $60! Please don’t go if you don’t want to spend your time and money!

Food is good, however, the portions were very disappointing. First one was a plate very little rice. The second plate was two sides of rice and a side of veggies, which I was really surprised when saw there was barely any veggies.
