This is a wonderful, small family-owned restaurant. The food portions are massive for the price, if you haven’t tried their calzones, you’re missing out! They offer a great salad bar with meals, and I particularly love their homemade hot wings with homemade ranch! If you’re on a budget, definitely try they’re buy one get one free pizza! One and take one home for the price of one meal! Staff is so friendly and the atmosphere gives you a small homey feeling.

I ordered a simple gyro on a pita. What I got was a cold previously frozen mystery meat. Absolutely disgusting. Would not make it right. Ended up paying $4.95 for about 10 fries. Waitress attempted to tell me that this is how a gyro is supposed to be. Ha! Clearly never tasted a real gyro. This should be removed from the menu and apologies issued to all that was served this slop!!!

I recently placed a takeout order for chicken Alfredo, and when I opened it at home, I found the pasta to be extremely greasy. I had requested grilled chicken, but even if it was prepared fried, the amount of grease present is unacceptable. This was taken after I had already drained some off. While I’ve always considered this a great restaurant, I can’t imagine this being considered standard quality anywhere. I hope the kitchen and management can do better because issues with orders seem to be much too frequent as of late.

We had the Greek salad to start. The Italian dressing was pretty good. We ordered the giovannis pizza as well as the chicken Alfredo pizza. The crust was hand tossed with a little crunch on the ends. They put a lot of toppings on the pizza. Both pizzas had good flavor. The service was also good. The restaurant is older and dated. We got one of our pizzas for free. Not sure if this is just on Saturday or everyday. Overall good .

This is a great little divey place. Immediately upon entering the restaurant we were made to feel like family. So much so that I assumed my husband knew the staff. But no, they’re just that friendly. The waitress was really upbeat and kindly offered suggestions in each category of the menu. She helped make my choice of entrée really simple. Buy One Get One Free pizzas!?! Yes please! It doesn’t even have to be the same toppings! We plan on coming back for the buffet sometime soon. 10/10 would recommend because when you’re here, you’re family.

Got garlic bread and a calzone. It was inedible. The spinach in the calzone was soured and I almost threw up after one bite.
The garlic bread had so many herbs on it you couldn’t eat it without it feeling like you just shook a jar of basil directly into your mouth. The over all quality of the food is a 1/10

To say I’m mad…would be an understatement. I go in, order our food for take out, everything is fine (normally is perfect)
I ordered a
•Italian Cheesesteak, with a side salad-no onions,(instead of fries) I was charged extra for changing it. Which is fine.
•Hamburger Steak-WITH EVERYTHING, fries and side salad-no onion.
Get home and we’re starving, I’m excited because Giovanni’s has been my new favorite to do once a week.
Food has never been bad. In past I ordered Manicotti. The sauce is good, not my favorite but I don’t dislike it enough to not order manicotti.
I LOVE their side salads. Always is so simple, but they’re amazing!
TONIGHT THOUGH, Makes me want to request my $30 back.
Hamburger steak is DRY. it has ZERO gravy which is odd, no onion or mushrooms (like it states-yes, I said I want EVERYTHING on the hamburger steak, just no ONION in the SALAD. I kindly made that clear)
My Italian cheesesteak tastes like grounded up wet dog food with a bunch of salt.
NO onions anywhere.
I warmed it up a little bit when I got home with it and I was like “SURELY, that’s not my food that smells like that…” It was, and taste as HORRIBLE AS IT SMELT. The sandwich is cut up in the picture, because who can pick it up and eat it when the cheese is thrown over, through the middle of the sandwich (it’s laid on the side-middle ACROSS to the other side -of the middle of the bun) it doesn’t lay with the meat? Smh ♀️
I DONT KNOW WHO missed the mark tonight but I chose you over KFC, and I’m embarrassed to admit that I know my KFC would have been better.
I wasted $30, for a salad and breadsticks.
I’m sad about this.
I have worked in restaurants and served in them, I know it’s hard work. The ladies are always great but something is off with the food.
