I ordered two Bianca pizzas from Giovanni’s in Davenport. The first one is in my hand from the first box. It was perfect — soft, flavorful, and cooked just right. But the rest were burnt, dry, and had no taste at all.
At first, it looked great when I opened the box, but once I got home and lifted the top pizza, I found the burnt one hidden underneath. That was really disappointing and felt dishonest.
I expected better quality and consistency from a place like Giovanni’s. Hopefully, they take this as feedback and improve their standards.

The decor was simple and clean, though it could benefit from more personality to match the cuisine it serves. The cleanliness of the establishment was adequate, which was appreciated.
Unfortunately, the service fell short of expectations. The host displayed a stoic and somewhat unapproachable demeanor, leaving me with the impression that I was an inconvenience rather than a valued guest. The interaction felt rushed and impersonal, as though I was simply part of a transaction. This lack of attentiveness detracted from the overall experience.
The lasagna, on the other hand, was the highlight of the visit. It was cheesy, savory, and delicious, with a satisfying flavor profile that left me impressed. However, I did feel that it lacked an adequate amount of marinara sauce, which would have elevated the dish even further. The portion size was reasonable, and the presentation was simple but appealing.
In summary, while the food quality—particularly the lasagna—was a strong point, the service and ambiance left something to be desired. With improvements in hospitality and atmosphere, this restaurant has the potential to provide a much more memorable dining experience. We placed a big order (for 20 people) of pizza, breadsticks and boneless wings. The ready time was reasonable and on time. It was great to have the 18″ pizza’s for a choice. The Pepperoni Lovers was amazingly loaded and the kids loved the cheese pizza. Get the breadsticks, but beware, one order is big!! Definitely order from here! So good!

The pepperoni lover’s pizza is loaded!! It was so delicious The garlic knots were also delicious! We just moved back to Fl from TN and had to get our fav pizza from our favorite place! This is our favorite pizza place for YEARS now! Their food is delicious, reasonably priced and portions are always enough to share (or to have leftovers). We’ve enjoyed their pizzas, strombollis, subs, salads, garlic knots, and more! Save room for dessert, or get a cake slice or cheese cake slice to take home, because you’ll be missing out if you don’t!
The Giovanni staff are friendly, helpful & really know their way around their kitchen! Whether you eat in or carry out the food quality is excellent!

The option to order pizza by the slice makes it perfect for a quick lunch or sampling different flavors. On top of that, they offer a wide variety of desserts that round out the meal nicely. Such a gem of a spot! The pizza and ice cream are both incredible — you can tell everything is high quality and made with care. My three-year-old absolutely loved the pizza (which says a lot!), and it was so nice seeing her enjoy every bite.
The ice cream flavors look amazing, and I loved seeing some of the viral TikTok ice cream trends available in the freezer — such a fun touch. On top of that, the decor is absolutely adorable and gives the space so much personality.
