Giovanni always makes it feel like family when you walk in. The food is consistently great and the atmosphere is exactly what you want from a neighborhood pizzeria. My son Andreas loves stopping in for the garlic knots — they’re a must every time we’re nearby. Places like this are why local spots matter. Always a great experience.

Very welcoming place always have fresh pizza, and their dinners taste like they’re homemade. The portions are big if you’re feeling hungry. And the garlic bread is always fresh. They also have good desserts my favorite is the cheesecake. One thing I like is they are definitely not cheap the sauce Highly recommend.

Giovanni’s isn’t just the best on Long Island or New in York, it’s the best *anywhere*! My family has been coming to Giovanni’s since he first opened. We live in Florida at the moment, but whenever we’re in NY, Giovanni’s is *always* a stop on our trip. The food – amazing! The atmosphere – welcoming! The staff – famiglia! You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu, and even if you find a “regular” dish, you’re going to want to try it all! From garlic knots to specialty pizzas, to entreés and desserts, Giovanni’s is the place to eat and feel like family!

I decided to try new pizza and bought a pie on Tuesday. Counter service was great. Had lunch today there. Food was delicious. The owner treated you like family as well as well as the employe who seated is. I highly recommend going there. You will not be disappointed. This will be my go to place for pizza and the food.

My boyfriend and I have been dining at Giovanni’s for years. The Italian food is spectacular, the service impeccable and the portions are phenomenal. We drive from Lindenhurst, passing many Italian Pizza and Restaurants. We have tired others but after we finish eating, we say to ourselves, “Why didn’t we go to Giovanni’s”? It’s a great place for a welcoming and homecooked Italian dinner. Thank you for a great restaurant. There needs to be more owners who take as much interest in their restaurants and customers as you do.
