The pizza was good. The store has lazy employees that asked what we needed while sitting at a table in a group. The store is filthy! Floors have buildup on the tile, and the windows are even filthy.

There are only 2 other pizza shops in town, and it’s a college town. There should be tremendous potential here. New to the location, I asked the owner about some of the offers available at other Giovanni’s locations, and I was not treated like I was someone who wanted to spend money there. I want them to prosper, because I want healthy businesses where I live. I encourage the stakeholders to just stand back and take a fresh look at the shop and the experience of buying there. Maybe make just a little more effort into how the place looks and how customers are treated. Reach back here on this reply, and I’ll come back in to try it?
