I do not recommend this place to anyone! Me and my family decided to eat here and it was a mistake. I will never again. I ordered a blt calzone, which came out with raw meat! This meat was not cooked at all. We informed them and they asked if I’d like for it to be remade. I said no, as my food came out last so the rest of my family was done eating by the time I went up to inform
Them they had served me raw meat. I asked for a refund, the manager responded with “we don’t do refunds”. Okay, I respect that policy if “I don’t like” my food or something of that nature, but this is YOUR FAULT 100%. I informed her I’d be calling the health dept first thing Monday, and I certainly will do just that. This is NOT okay. When she walked away, she thought it would be cute to stand there in the middle of her kitchen laughing. This girl has no right whatsoever being a manager!

This place has went downhill since the twin girls that worked there left. I placed an order online, it said that the wait time was 30 minutes which was completely fine. I get there to pick up my order and they tell me that it will be another 30 minutes, so I’m assuming that it hadn’t even been started yet. There was only my ticket on the pizza station, only two pizzas waiting to be picked up, and nobody was dining in.

I called an order in for pick-up, when I arrived for my order I stood at the counter for a good 5 mins before someone asked if I’d been waited on. I watch several employees walk past and not acknowledge that I was there. I ordered a ham and cheese sub the way it comes which is mayo, lettuce, tomato, and onion. I don’t mind a little onion but mine had big slices of onion. Other than that the sub was awesome!!

I order from this Giovanni’s all the time my family and I eat here at least once every week but not anymore last night I ordered food and the pickup time was 9:50 and I had my husband pick it up we live a little over 30 minutes away and when he got home I realized they didn’t give him the salad I ordered but they was already closed and my husband leaves for work at 4 am and works all day therefore the last thing on his to do list is call and complain about a salad he didn’t get and I just lost my sister and have an infected tooth and a swollen face the size of a softball so I didn’t remember I needed to call and complain over not getting an item we paid for so when my husband got home from work and wanted to go get something to eat we decided on Giovanni’s again and he remembered the salad and when he called them about it they said since we didn’t call them last night when they were closed there was nothing they could of o about it. We order from there all the time and they have overcharged us multiple times but they’ve never overcharged us more than $5 so I would mark it up as an extra tip for them and let it go and not say anything but not giving us what we paid for even though we have a receipt and they have cameras and they know it wasn’t given to us is bull and they lost our service and a lot of business over a $7 salad
