I called in an order and asked for mushrooms and lettuce. When I got home with the food I had to sit for 30 minutes and completely pick through every single piece of my ham wedge, because they had put banana pepper, tomato, and onions on it. I am very dissatisfied. The workers were also sitting in the floor when I went in.

Got the big red it was horrible. First time getting one didn’t know it didn’t have tomatoes on it and that it had yucky mushrooms on it and brown lettuce and a few onions no mayonnaise and the big red sauce was pizza sauce. I’ve never had pizza sauce with the big red. I still got half of the sandwich with nothing on it and I’m very dissatisfied with the big red never ever again this is my second time getting something from here and I’m done with them.

ordered $40 worth of food, picked it up and got it home to realize my wings were missing. Called to see if they could refund that portion and they stated they have a no refund policy. They wanted me to waste more time and money to drive all the way back up there to fix their mistake at 10pm.
This has happened to countless people, even to the extent that they give people empty pizza boxes and do the same – won’t refund their money and expect them to drive all the way back up there to fix their mistake. Save your time and money, go to 3 guys or Giovanni’s of Matewan.

No Sight No Problem
I would like to share a recent experience with you all. Most of you know I am completely blind, and I use a guide dog name Calvin. He’s an English chocolate lab. We went to Giovanni‘s tonight in South Williamson Kentucky for dinner. The manager proceeds to tell us that we cannot come in with the dog. I politely told her yes we can and we went and sat at a table. The manager Samantha. Sent over a server to ask what my disability is, and asked to see verification, and asked what kind of service animal Calvin is. After explaining all of that she finally left me alone, but went on to ask other customers if they would like to move away from us and the dog. I’ve never been more humiliated and embarrassed my whole life. I’ve had guide dogs since my late teens, we’ve traveled around the world. On a positive note the food was excellent. Patty our server went above and beyond. I feel horrible that she was put in this position. Just wanted to sharemy experience.

Too bad there isn’t a negative 5 star rating! This place and management recently gave a blind man and his guide dog a very difficult time for dinning in their restaurant. Manager Samantha, initially told the individual his animal could not come inside. The man stated he could and went and sat at a table. The manager sent over a server to ask the blind man what disability he had, to verify “said” disability and what kind of service animal the dog was. May Samantha live forever.

Don’t come and expect to eat the lunch buffet they advertised buffet at 11 but actually they don’t put anything out until someone arrives wanting the Buffett if you have a 1/2 lunch you can’t wait while they fix the pizzas for the buffet Why advertise 11 am Buffett if you don’t have it
