I usually eat here about every other week if not once a week as I work nearby. I always order a sub as I’m not a big pizza eater. Subs are always delicious and made fresh. Staff have always been friendly.

Walked in around 6:20 p.m
Stepped aside to look at the menu while multiple people picked up orders. Decided what we wanted while another couple ahead of us was waiting to order what I assumed was the manager who walked up and said no more orders after that. It was then 6:29. My husband said so your not gonna take our order?” We’ve been in here 10 minutes. She then asked if we wanted to dine in. When I said no, we were going to get it. Togo, she said, I guess, and walked off. Wow, we always go to Giovanni when we travel. We have never experienced a lack of professionalism like that. Then they proceed to gossip loud enough for the dining room to hear. I know restaurants get crazy and everyone has a bad day now and then, but this was beyond ridiculous. Most of the bad reviews were the same. Refused to let people order. So your staff is costing you money. Worst Giovannis we’ve ever been to.

This has hands down the best pizza place in surrounding counties till today my elderly friend tried to place a telephone order where the kid(owners son) wasn’t very customer friendly so I took the call and placed same order which I knew the owner Beth would’ve placed his issue was pizza he doesn’t know how to add xtra cheese without messing with the special so I have people yelling in back ground I said this isn’t good I’m spending over $100 he could’ve thrown extra cheese I’m sure anyone would’ve agreed . So I went down there I said I tried to make the order you told me to order somewhere else and hung up the phone .he said the meek order I said yea she’s an elderly woman he said I can’t take the order I said order in my name said he couldn’t and wasn’t I tried to talk to his mother but he had an excuse that wasn’t valid because they where driving she could’ve spoken while on their way to where they was going . I placed an order before and it was horrible but I knew she didn’t have anything to do with it so I didn’t make a review but this time I won’t let it slide this kid said he couldn’t take anyone’s order that is associated to Mrs meek I hope they get better with customer care

Called at 9pm to order and was greeted with “We close at 10pm, you know that right?” Thought about hanging up right then. Placed order was told 35 minutes for pick up.
Went to get order and waited at counter unnoticed by 2 employees as they rushed to close down the register. Finally got assistance only to be told the whole time about them being busy all day and ready to go.
Food was warm but undercooked. Clearly being rushed through the oven. Pizza and breadsticks weren’t cut through, most of this due to the level of cooking.
From a family coming from out of town I expected more. Zero hospitality and no effort. Money is best spent else where.

Ordered a pizza special a few months ago and they gave me the wrong pizza. I called to let them know we got someone’s else pizza and it was late so I didn’t want to bring back for them to make another one so the lady said she would give me a discount and put my name on the board. I called about 3 weeks later to order a pizza since they have the best pizza in town and the lady was so hateful and rude told me YOU DIDN’T TALK TO ME. I told her a young lady put my name on the board for the next time I ordered a pizza and she said ( In a hateful tone) she don’t have the right to tell you that I’m the MANAGER and only I do that and you didn’t talk to me. I let her know I didn’t appreciate the rude and hateful attitude and I didn’t have time to argue with her. I told her we love the pizzas there but sad to say we will never be ordering from there again. I emailed the corporation and it’s been two weeks and no response.

Waited an hour and 20 mins. Went in and ordered. Never got my food. Told them I didn’t have time to wait. Left without food or a refund or even a sorry. I wouldn’t go back if it were free.

If i could rate this place a negative infinity i would. One star is too good. I tried to call in an order and was given a “shew”. I told them to forget it. Pretty sure it was the owner. Will never eat there again
