Great food, hot and super fresh. Plenty of room for our twin girls to be pulled up beside us in a double stroller. We went after the buffet and the workers checked on us multiple times.

After ordering online, I drove to the drive-through window. There was a lady helping a customer at the register and after she helped her, she walked away, and I never saw her again. This was at 1:30 in the afternoon and there was two cars on the lot and I saw two employees inside. I waited another five minutes or so drove around parked and went in to get my food which was waiting behind the counter. My whole experience took over 20 minutes to pick up my food, which is ridiculous If they are going to utilize a drive-through window, they need to be able to monitor and serve it better

Visiting the area and saw this little pizza/pasta/grinder and had a hankering for a grinder. We were glad we stopped. The interior is clean and pleasant. The wait staff was polite, friendly and quick. They had a buffet of pizza, pasta, salad and dessert but we opted for grinders. I got the supreme Italian and my wife got the chicken ranch. We then shared half of each. Both subs were great. The dressings were not too heavy so as to cover the fast and flavor of the meat and not too little to make the sandwich too dry. We got a medium drink and fries each. The drink was huge and the fries were cooked perfectly. The total bill for both platters was near $22. We left there stuffed! I would highly recommend this restaurant. You won’t be disappointed.

Went to get lunch after church went in in and one of the waitress was very extremely argumentative, rude and disrespectful. The food was okay. It was supposed to be a buffet but they really was not nothing there. I felt very uncomfortable the whole time I was there due to the staff just getting so rude. One of the workers even had her kid there going in and back behind the workplace without any gloves or washing their hands I would not go back again

Place an online order at 6:15 PM and was told that the order would be ready in 25 minutes. Arrived at 6:40 where I waited at the drive-through window for five minutes before being attended to after telling them my name they told me it would be about 5 more minutes. 15 minutes later, I’m asked if I can park my car because it’s not done yet and it’s just getting put on the rack. Parked my car for 10 minutes. Pizza had still not came out. I went inside to check on it to find out that it had just been put into the oven and was going to be done here shortly. All while my cheese sticks were sitting on top of the oven ready to be taken. The manager Matt said the reason it wasn’t done was because it was busy and that they had 4 new staff in the kitchen. When I asked how my cheese sticks were able to get done and not my pizza, His response was that cheese sticks are the easiest thing in the world to make. To me it sounds like as if they didn’t start to make my pizza until I got there As they overlooked it on the ticket. How about next time we are honest with the customer and tell them their food didn’t get put in toe oven instead of leading them on as if it was about to be done soon. Thanks again for that Matt! I would gladly go to any other pizza place before we’re going back to this establishment as this is not my first time of having issues with my order.

I was greeted at the door with friendly recognition. The young man who took my order and made it seemed happy to do it. Cheese sticks were perfect, and that salad was completely full of meat and cheese. I’ll go back and I definitely recommend

Giovanni’s pizza is my favorite pizza, but Everytime I call this restaurant I never get an answer. So I go to another Giovanni’s and they answer the phone right away. I come in town from NC and this is the only location that I can’t get an answer from.
