Absolutely never getting my business again. The girl who was working the counter today was so rude. Got mad because I had to take candy bars off of my order because my patient might be allergic to nuts and they didn’t have Hershey bars without nuts so I couldn’t get that. Threw my change on the counter and acted all stressed because she had to give my change back. Do better people

My mom wanted Giovanni’s for dinner. It’s a little out of the budget for me because I usually get specials from chain restaurants (Sorry!). The staff wasn’t very friendly, but you could tell they were working hard, & that kitchen was HOT!
We got wings (7-8), a 16-inch 2 topping, & a large antipasto salad. It was almost $40! If it was just hubby & I, we probably would have just eaten there at the buffet because it’s about $10 a person.
The wings were TINY (compared to Buffalo Wild Wings or Roosters). They were kind of oily. But, the pizza & salad were SO good! If we would go back, we would skip the wings & just go for the pizza or salad. We didn’t get any sandwiches, but I heard that those were good, too.

This is by far the best Giovanni’s I’ve ever been to, and I’ve about been to them all. The food is amazing, literally everything, and the employees/owners are the icing on the the cake. Honestly some of the sweetest, most kind, people I’ve ever met. Little side story…i had placed an order online but some things came up and It ended up taking me quite a bit longer than usual to get there to pick it up, and one of the owners actually called to make sure I was okay, and that nothing had happened on my way to get the order. He said that him and his mom were starting to get worried because I’m usually there right on time. I just thought that was the sweetest thing. Beyond that though, this place is 5 star all the way. From the location, to the food, to the employees, it is hands down THE best.

I stopped in for a late lunch. I had the buffet and there was a large group that came in. The entire staff stocked the buffet and continued to take care of small parties as well as the large group without any drop off in overall service. I believe that the team should be very proud of their work ethic and I personally would like to congratulate everyone working there at the Flatwoods KY restaurant.
