Usually my favorite location, but after yesterday I won’t be ordering anymore. Food was overcooked, and I noticed that they’ve started using lesser quality toppings (ham and pepperoni specifically) while raising prices. No thanks. We can do better at home for far less money.

Customer service is a lost commodity in today’s works but not with this location.
This is the only Giovanni’s we go to. Why? Well tonight they overcooked our pizza a little but it was still ok. Not ok for the team there because they made me another pizza before I knew about it.
The lady brought out two pizzas and I was thinking I never ordered two. She explained she overcooked one and showed me. Then she opened the other and said look how pretty this one is. I was shocked they stepped up before I knows about it. A

Was really disappointed in my food. Got two calzones. I don’t know what was different but the crust was not good at all. Tasted like biscuits rather than pizza dough, very bland.

I got a really big party order on the weekend and they still had it ready for me in 22 minutes from the time that I ordered it. Great customer service and the food was made perfect as always. Westwood Giovanni’s is the best one in the area for the different products, the portions, and especially the speed that they get your food done and ready for you!

Poor delivery service food nearly always cold when it arrives. When a problem arises workers/management are combative after ordering there 1-2 times a month for 8 years I won’t be returning. The old man that owns the place is nice and helpful the rest need replaced.

Tonight We ordered a pizza tonight from here ! Normally it’s our favorite pizza place it’s close to home, and they are always so friendly!!!! but sadly tonight it wasn’t really that great!!! 🙁 the dough wasn’t fully done it was kinda soft and doughy … the sauce was very runny and not even that much on the pizza. It was like they just kinda threw it together last minute. We are very disappointed and not sure we’ll return to this one 🙁

The food is good, but the service is beyond terrible. I ordered a large pizza and a sub and it took 2 hours for them to deliver it even though I’m only a few minutes away. When I didn’t tip the driver you would have thought I had insulted his mother based on his response. I tried to order from them again to be fair, but when I asked about specials the guy treated me like I was an elementary special needs child. When I asked about a specific special he just ignored me and repeated the whole thing over again like I was mentally retarded. Do not waste your time with this garbage, they don’t want your money and you shouldn’t want to give it to them.
