Had $25 off on my DoorDash so I decided to give it a try. It’s good, definitely not great. The dessert pizza is a little pricey for what it is. Definitely needs a bit of that apple crisp topping instead of apple topping. Not disappointed for what I paid, but I definitely would have been unhappy paying full price.

Went to eat last night and was told dine in closed at 9 pm it was 830 all booths were flipped side ways chairs were already stacked and the salad bar had been put away. We were still going to eat and willing to pay full price when cook stuck head out and stated rudely they was closing in 20 minutes. We decided to leave and eat at McDonalds. I have had Giovonni’s before, and I have never had any complaints, until now. Tonight I ordered the party bread and a half pound of boneless wings. I only received a half order of party bread and less than a quarter pound of boneless wings. Very disappointing.

To say this was a let down is an understatement. Service and quality has been hit or miss lately. No food was placed on the buffet. While two employees were enjoying a large roasted chicken and pizzas cold food sat on the buffet. Another group beside us had to wait 10-12 minutes to pay for their food. Two of our four party ate food. No cheesestcks, all pizza was old..
We had only A salad, spaghetti and 2 old cheese sticks. Nothing else aside from one Mac and cheese pizza was brought out the entire time we were there.
We waited to ask for more food and nobody ever came to the cash register. Four people working and for two people to have a large meal regardless if it was their lunch while paying customers were fed cold, untreated buffet items hit wrong.
It was wrong for us to have to pay for our buffet when there was nothing on it but old food and empty platters. Our table and the other table who were also long time customers were so disappointed in the service. I am begging the managers to please do something. This place used to be amazing and the current staff do not care, it seems as if things are fixed and then they go back to trash.
We have been customers for years, the previous manager was like family to us and we celebrated every event here. This was our go to place. We bragged to everyone about the quality and service. I am so saddened and disappointed.

I expected more. The pizza was good pasta not so good salad bar how can you go wrong with a salad bar. The soda tasted like dirt need to clean their filters the lady working wasn’t too nice all in all if you want decent Pizza their pizza was pretty good other than that I wasn’t too impressed.

We arrived when the restaurant opened. We had to wait on the buffet food about 15 minutes but it was very good.
Prices have gone up everywhere it was close to $25. For lunch on a Wednesday for 2 people.
There was a customer playing videos on his phone super loud. Another man scrapped his plate into a trash can then refilled the same plate. You can’t fix stupid.

This place is a hidden gem! The outside doesn’t look like much but when you walk inside you are pleasantly surprised. Pizza and crust was delicious. We asked for a certain pizza and they made it with no questions. Reasonably priced for family of 4. Well will definitely come again when we are in town!
