We walked in and had to wait 10 minutes before an employee even spoke to us or gave us any guidance on where to order. The employee helping us seemed inconvenienced, making it difficult to order our food. The food was alright but the sub came out on moldy bread.

Well, it was bound to happen. I always wandered why there’s so many working in the kitchen area and no one wears a hair net or beird covering. Fount this black hair baked into the pizza. Check pics posted. That’s the last for me.
Spent a lot at this restaurant since opening and I have to say the quality of food has gone down each time.
Sad when theirs not many fast food restaurants to choose from in our area as it is. There’s even less now.

I have made several carryout orders for thin crust pizza and I specify that I want it well done to get the crust crisp and everytime the crust is soggy and sponge like. Can you guys not get the crust crispy? Getting very tired of this.

The workers are absolutely rude. The food is good but they all hate their jobs and treat customers like trash. Every time I call, I am so polite when placing my order, however they have no customer service skills whatsoever and are so rude. When I was missing something from an order, I called back simply wanting to fix it or place a new one to get what I wanted. They argued with me and told me that I was lying. I’ll never eat there again. Not because their food is bad, but because their attitudes are bad. If you can’t even fake a smile and be polite to your customers, then you shouldn’t be in customer service.

Have tried it multiple times, the first time was dine in and service took forever and employees acted like everything was an inconvenience. This time was take out, we called it in and picked it up and they forgot part of the order, then acted like it was an inconvenience to make it even though im the one that had to sit and wait on it to be cooked while the rest of my food got cold.
