Came in a week ago with a friend and had Jenn as my server. From the moment we got in we felt like our presence was bothering her. It took almost 15 min before we even got bread and a buster brought it to us instead of our server. The whole time she took our order she seemed to have an attitude. We waited almost an hour to get our food and also had to track another server down to get a refill of our soda. The food was decent but our server ruined the taste. Will not recommend this place if Jenn is your server.

People in Jamison may be too polite to say this, but the food quality here needs improvement. The chicken wraps and chicken hoagies consistently contain a rubbery, unchewable substance that ruins the meal.
You can substitute fries for a salad, but you’re charged extra and receive only a very small portion—just a few pieces of lettuce.
Overall, they need to improve food quality and be more attentive to customer requests.
As for the employees, they are all very kind.

Really impressed with the food here after having lunch with some work partners. The bread alone is worth coming here! Best basket of bread I’ve had in the area, almost tasted like an Auntie Anne’s pretzel. My Shrimp Portofino was amazing, and the portion was big enough to take half home. My buddy had the chicken parm with nicely thin chicken and a great sauce.
Prices were better than most restaurants for the amount and quality of food! Thank you, I’ll be back!
