It’s a stop for me halfway between Ohio where I live and Harrisburg. I normally just stop for gas because I’m in a hurry. A while back I brought home a container of BBQ pulled pork to try. Was very impressed for food I was just reheating in the microwave. This time I had time to sit down and eat the BBQ pork and mac & cheese. Highly recommend!

Was traveling through and looking for food. We did not find many options and decided on Gio’s BBQ. The ribs had a guys flavor but a little dry, and the French fries were hand cut and except not freshly fried otherwise good.

The food is excellent, and their wings are my favorite from any local place that sells food. The customer service is excellent, and the dining area is also kept clean and feels unique to look around. I like the Cajun wings the most. I always stop and get wings when I’m in the area.

Stopped here randomly while driving across Pa. Amazing BBQ. Ribs are outta this world. Log furniture is a really nice look. Fast and friendly service. I really hope I get the chance to come back in the future.

I ordered the half slab baby back ribs and brisket with a side of baked beans and haluski.
I just want to start off by thanking the owners for offering a dish that I had never even heard of prior to this experience. The haluski was definitely an odd combination of ingredients that I had never tried before, but I would definitely order again. I can’t say that I loved it because it will probably be more of an inquired taste, but I did like and finish the entire cup!
The brisket was a bit thin for my taste, but well seasoned and tender.
The ribs were tender and juicy and were easy to remove the meat from the bone. They were lightly covered in sauce, and therefore, the sauce did not hide but rather enhanced the flavor of the meat. The baked beans were by far the best I’ve ever had! There were several different kinds of beans that were well prepared with delicious sauce and large pieces of meat throughout.
I strongly urge you to try the food at this restraunt.
Thank you to the management and the owners for opening a desirable restraunt that offers truck/ large vehicle parking. I know this mother trucker appreciates you.

The food was delicious and I have no complaints. However the lady behind the counter made me feel like I was inconveniencing her by ordering food. She treated multiple people this way and was very slow taking orders. Other then that though it’s a very cute stop & there’s truck parking!

We saw the billboard on I-80 since it was lunchtime we decided to stop. One of the BEST decisions we have made this trip! We parked and opened the car door, and we were greeted by the amazing smell of the smoker. We knew just by the smell we were in for an incredible lunch. OMG, the pulled pork and smoked brisket sandwiches were delicious. They both had the perfect amount of cole slaw on them. When we finished, there was nothing left on our plates. We will be back!

Over $10 for a medium size sandwich. There was more bread roll than pork. The bbq is very mild, tasteless even.
The service was terrible, 3 teens that couldn’t even bother themselves to come take our order, they’d rather talk to themselves and the other one was playing on her phone. My wife and I were getting ready to leave when they finally walked up.
When I questioned her about the $10, she got rude and snippy with her response. No smiling from any of them when we made eye contact.
We won’t be going back.
