It’s a big restaurant for a small town!
We have searched for a good restaurant while planning to travel to Elizabethtown and the name of this restaurant came up everywhere.
We ordered a beer, potatoes, bacon for appetizer, country style fried chicken, a 9” pizza, all were very good with big portions (we planned to have dessert but were too full to have skipped dessert and even have to have the to go boxes)
Prices are so reasonable, the total bill was $36 before tips
Our server Sylvia was THE NICEST server we have ever entered (in the US), very professional, very attentive with the sweetest voice!
We also liked the atmosphere seeing people happy eating at the tables, at the bar. The staffs were always smiling and made eyes contact!
The wait for party of 2 was fast so don’t get intimidate seeing a large crowd at entrance, we put out name and waited only 5 minutes.

Hillary was amazing! She anticipated everything we desired. She was spot on with service yesterday. We celebrated my mother’s 85th birthday and everything was delicious. The blackened salmon was superb! My shrimp was perfectly grilled. I would have enjoyed a little more salad but was pleasantly satisfied. This is definitely a place to return to. The manager thanked us for coming in. How sweet!

My wife and I stopped in at Giorgios Restaurant for pizza, and it was absolutely delicious! The crust was perfectly crispy, the sauce had great flavor, and the toppings were fresh and generous. The service was friendly, and the whole experience felt warm and welcoming. If you’re craving amazing pizza and a comfortable place to enjoy it, Giorgio’s is definitely the spot!

I just visited Elizabethtown to just visited Elizabethtown to walk with my dog at the lake and for lunch I went to Giorgio’s Restaurant & Pizza. This is the most amazing place I have visited around NC. The service was awesome and very friendly to me and to my dog and the food was fresh and delicious. I’m going to share the experience with everyone I know. I will come back.

The pizza was great, but the mozzarella sticks were nothing special—just frozen and deep-fried. Despite choosing pizza myself, there’s a nice large menu with plenty of Italian options to choose from. The atmosphere has a small-town Italian vibe, and the crowd gathered on a Monday suggests it’s a popular spot. It was extremely busy and moderately loud.
Seating tip: Avoid the single-seat booths—it turns into a constant battle for who gets to sit comfortably, with backs bumping the entire meal. Not pleasant.
The hostess was friendly. Unfortunately, after being seated, I waited between five and ten minutes before being acknowledged by the waitress. Once she did stop by, she was friendly as well, just not very attentive. Even getting a box for my meal took an unusually long time. Ironically, after I paid and began to leave, she was quick to return and collect the receipt before I was even fully away from the table. The value for the price seems fair, but the service is the one real downfall.
Overall, nothing stood out as exceptional, but nothing was terrible either—just okay. If I were from this area, I would go back a second time to try one of the pasta options and formulate a second opinion of this establishment. Hopefully the service would be better.

I’m not usually one to leave negative reviews, but I’ve had a few disappointing experiences here recently. It seems like the service, food, or both have been lacking. It feels like the staff might be disengaged, spending their time on their phones and not fully committed to their jobs. For example, we ordered Alfredo, and it was runny and oily, almost like melted butter. The salad was also brown. The last time we ordered an hour before picking up, we had to wait an extra 15 minutes for our food on a Thursday afternoon. This place was much better when it was in its original location. I think the main reason it’s so busy is because it’s in Etown, and there aren’t many other options nearby.

My sister takes my Dad here quite a bit. It’s his new favorite place since leaving the Raleigh area restaurants. We all went recently for his birthday and WOW I see now why he loves it so much. The food was amazing. With 10 of us, we had a chance to see and hear about many dishes. I got the clam pasta and it was truly amazing. I was scared to try it because so many places just cannot make this dish. I’m so thankful I did! My husband said his burger was so delicious. My nephew who’s gone multiple times loves the calzone and my Dad, as so often does, got the egg plant Parmesan. The service was top notch and portions just right. Atmosphere was so relaxing and enjoyable. They even gave Dad a piece of cake for his birthday. Restaurant and bathrooms were clean. And we all felt the prices are fair too. I don’t know what more you could want. I will insist to go back when I’m back in the area. Thank you for making Dads 85th birthday special and so good.

Horrible service from the beginning!!! We were standing waiting to get our name on the waiting list. The lady saw us and decided to help the lady behind us first. Then we got seated and it took almost 15 minutes for someone to come take any kind of order. We first ordered cheese garlic bread and mozzarella sticks. The cheese garlic bread was literally a sub cut in half with melted cheese and very little bit of garlic seasoning sprinkled on. And the mozzarella sticks tasted just like the frozen ones you buy from Walmart. We then waited over an hour for our entrée that we never got. We asked for a manager and the lady goes “your waitress is right there”. Yeah we didn’t ask for her we asked for the MANAGER! We literally watched people sit down after us and ate, paid their bill and left before we even come close to getting our entrée (that we never got) We ended up throwing a $20 on the table to cover the bread and mozzarella sticks and left.

I was visiting the area for the weekend with my son and friends in a group of 5. We actually stopped by here twice. The first day was on Saturday night around 8:30pm. They were pretty busy and only had a 4 top table. An extra chair was added in the aisle, that I sat at. It wasn’t the best area as it really blocked the narrow walkway.
Our waitress, Sylvia, was nothing less of exceptional as she was friendly and attentive. She had the calmest and sweetest voice that reminded me of Tabitha Brown.
We got mozzarella sticks and garlic cheese bread for appetizer and it was good. Half way through the visit, a bigger table opened up next to us and Sylvia asked if we wanted to move, and surely we did!
My son got the kids pepperoni pizza. I got the 16in carnivore pizza to split with one person. It was plenty! We ate 2 slices a piece and each took 2 slices home. The 14in pizza is enough to be shared with 2 people too, probably without leftovers. I got a blue motorcycle to drink, which was tasty. Two others got the fried combo platter. We really enjoyed this visit!

The second visit was the next day on Sunday night about 7:10pm. It was a little busier. We wanted Sylvia but she wasn’t there 🙁 It was beautiful outside so we sat outside. The host got our drink orders and brought them out. The Waitress didn’t come over for a while.
I got the garlic cheese bread as an appetizer. It came around 7:40pm. For food, we got wings, a burger, and a chicken sandwich. The food arrived at 8pm and we enjoyed it. The service this visit was not as best as the first one. Nonetheless, I would definitely return in the future.

Chicken Alfredo was terrible, the chicken tasted boiled, rubbery, and disgusting. Alfredo was bland and tasted worse than frozen already meals. The Walmart brand Alfredo sauce is 100× better. Sent it back.
Also had club sub & fried chicken with fries.
Club sub way okay. Fried chicken was bland and not good, much better elsewhere. Fries weren’t even good.
Service was ok, not waitresses fault but extremely slow and we were 1 of maybe 5 tables.
