Might come back with a group and less pressed for time to enjoy different dishes and the atmosphere.
The staff there is a masterclass in how to support one another and it alone sold me to come back. The food and cocktails just reinforced it.
The 4 star for atmosphere is not totally fair. There is a bit of a choke point people struggled to position themselves around and it caused a lot of congestion for the flow of the restaurant. The staff again managed it with the utmost professionalism.
10/10 recommend stopping by!
We had pasta, gnocchi and grilled octopus and they all were nicely done and flavorful.
The menu is very diverse and accommodating for vegetarians and pescetarians.
The wine has a great collection as well.
The Charred Octopus was cooked perfectly and considering that I don’t like Octopus it was very good
The octopus was delicious, and the pastas were also quite solid and classic. I enjoyed the seafood spaghetti especially. Because we were not seated for quite some time, despite having a reservation and despite arriving earlier than a group of the same size that got seated before us, the host gave us a table of complimentary appetizers. I appreciated that gesture, and the dishes they served were quite good–prawns and oysters. Unfortunately, taking a star away because of their decision to seat a group before us who arrived after us.
Atmosphere 7/10
Very classical style interior, classy and dim lights.
Service 5/10
Quite disappointed by the way we were treated while waiting for our table, but after that, they were very attentive and accommodating.
