It was a bit crowded but not too crowded where it was unbearable. It had a wonderful atmosphere and eating there was a good experience. The waitress was so nice and our time we waited for our food was reasonable. We had ordered Lasagna, a Chicago Deep Dish with a side of Calamari and all we had to wait for was the deep dish, which is reasonable–as mentioned before.
This was our second time coming here and I loved it just as much as the first.

Packed out but didn’t change the outcome of the food. The food was amazing, I selected the medium build your own deep dish with double pepperoni, sausage and bacon but was only able to put away two slices smh… the service could’ve definitely been improved, yes they were busy but not busy enough to check on refills or checking on the tables if anyone needed anything else. The hostess on the to go staff was very polite and attentive. Definitely wouldn’t stop me from coming back as the environment and food was amazing. Keep making awesome pizza

We had the best experience at Giordano’s right across from Millennium Park! After seeing The Bean, this was the perfect spot to fuel up. We started with the calamari appetizer, which was perfectly crispy and fresh. But the star was definitely the Chicago-style deep dish. It was everything we wanted—cheesy, thick, and so flavorful. If you want the authentic Chicago pizza experience in a great location, this is it!
FYI – The deep dish takes about 45 minutes to bake but worth the wait.

Best Pizza place in Chicago,loved it, tasty pizza, very nice restaurant, the only thing I didn’t like, is getting charge for a dressing that I didn’t asked for. We asked for Ranch, and the server gave us Ranch and some Honey Spicy , idk something like that to try it and charged us for it. I think charging $3 for dressing is a little too much, but anyways, pizza was amazing, loved it

Delicious pizza!!!! We had the deep dish pizza with onions mushrooms, and peppers it was great! If you go with your partner only get the small one because they are pretty big, we also got 2 mojitos and 2 windy punch, our server mikaela was so nice and fast, we had a great experience.

TL;DR: Not as special as social media hype suggests. You’re really not missing out if you skip this place. I’m not saying the food was bad. It’s just not special.
I’d heard so many great things about Giordano’s and decided to check it out since I only had one night in town. We ordered the deep-dish pizza and chicken wings. Honestly, I didn’t find anything particularly special about the deep dish. To be fair, I got the smallest 6” personal size, so maybe that affected the experience—but I doubt the taste would be drastically different. I went with chicken sausage, which was fine, but again, nothing to write about.
The wings were good, crispy and flavorful, but still pretty standard. We tried the sweet chili flavor, which was nice, but overall, the meal just didn’t live up to the hype.

I love exploring different types of pizza, and Giordano’s was a standout experience! Their pizza is both stylish and super tasty, with a unique bread style that sets them apart from the rest. She checked in at the right times without being intrusive and had a great attitude the whole visit. Our food and drinks came out promptly, and she made the overall experience very enjoyable. Our family went here after a recommendation. It was a great recommendation. The food was perfect, service was great, and atmosphere was perfect. To our surprise, the wait was not long for how busy it was. I will say, I need to replicate the Greek salad dressing recipe. It was delicious.

They know where you’re here, for the cheese pull and they even helped me get my video.
Amazing quality food, people, and environment. Highly recommend the pit stop here. It was the last thing I did before I hit the airport.
