My order was a delivery. I ordered two BOWLS of soup and spaghetti with EXTRA sauce. As you can see, my two BOWLS of soup equalled together LESS than two CUPS. PLUS, my spaghetti barely had any sauce.. I couldn’t even tell if I liked it or not! And, just to make it better, my driver went off somewhere way out of the way before coming to my place, which made him 15-20 minutes later than promised when they said he left the restaurant and was on his way. So, nothing was even very hot. So, there you go. Soup was delicious, thank goodness. But, not nearly enough.. especially for what I paid for it!! Sorry! But, it is what it is.

The best deep dish pizza. Although I usually get it to go, ordering from this location is easy and the pickup time is usually very precise and prompt. So the pizza is pipping hot still when we sit down to eat. Other chains it’s not kept as warm. Appreciate Giordanos quality and taste as well as ese or ordering from a friendly staff

So far not good. Ordered the tavern style and it was definitely BURNT. The crust edges were black and they served it to me!!! The waitress then offered to have a “regular ” thin crust done for me. Here I wait so more. This is definitely NOT the Giordano’s I know. I can’t believe this! The new pizza better be good!!!!!

However the manager did make it right by not charging me. I am thankful for that.

I was greeted with a warm welcome by staff upon entering the establishment. I was seated fast, Lettie the waitress was awesome and ran down the specials for me. I had the chicken sausage, spinach and mushroom deep dish pizza special with the house salad delicious! I will be back!

Today was a busy day! Giordano’s is always good. Today, we did a deep dish “Special,” or aka SMOG. Honestly, I prefer Lou’s sausage but the rest of the pizza is great. The stringy cheese is what makes eating pizza out fun. It also makes everyone around salivate as they wait for their own pizza. 🙂
The fresh ingredients were plentiful and not mushy or overcooked. The sauce has the perfect amount of spice but there are CLEAN shakers of fresh crushed red, Parmesan, and Italian herbs ready and waiting for you. I. Love. That. Giordano’s is always tops.

Giving racist vibes. Not a coincidence!! My family and I have eaten Giordano’s pizza for many years at different locations. This was our first and likely last visit to the Naperville location at 3224 S Route 59. The host appeared to have a weird expression on his face (not a smile) as he asked if my party of 3 was dinning in. The restaurant was not very diverse that evening in fact I did not notice any other ethnic groups only what appeared to be Caucasian customers and staff during our visit. We are not Caucasian. It was a Thursday evening, it’s not likely 3 people come in if it was a pick order and the place was empty so yes it was only tree in our party. I Didn’t think too much of it because I’ve experienced poor customer service from a hostess unfortunately it happens not to excuse it.
The waitress name is Samantha B. AKA Sammy was the name listed on her name tag. The establishment was not busy at all and there was a small group already seated near the area my family and I were seated in a booth near a front window. The whole row was empty until approximately 30 minutes later when a couple came in. They were seated in the next booth behind us.
We ordered a stuffed pizza pie and wings for appetizers. It seemed to take a while just to get our three drinks (a soda, lemonade and water).
I noticed how quickly the couple was greeted and received their drinks fast. The waitress brought out their appetizers “FIRST” and then placed our appetizer on the table after they were served. Excuse me? That’s when a red flag went off. Unless it was a matter of something not being ready you should be served properly in the order of arrival. Why would a hot appetizer (wings) be served after a cold salad?
The second red flag was getting served AFTER this same couple a second time. The waitress placed their pizza on their table FIRST and then said and here you guys go when she placed our stuffed pie on our table after and walked away.
This definitely gave off a racist vibe and there is NO logical explanation that we were served both times a couple who arrived at least 30 minutes after us.
Even my 10 year old daughter noticed this was not right. I did not tip. The wings were all flaps instead of a very small drumstick with missing meat. Shouldn’t they ask if your preference before serving all flaps?
I did not leave a tip but instead left a message on the receipt. There is no logical excuse for this type of behavior.

Picked up a tavern style pizza tonight and it was one of the worst we had in a long time. It was dry, hardly any cheese, a clear indication of lack of quality control from the management. Don’t see any reason to order from this location anymore.

I was extremely disappointed in the service I received at this location. Per the photo I communicated my food allergy to my server. When I did that the cooks refused to prepare ANYTHING for me without garlic other than some stiff fettuccine noodles in olive oil. I was told that ALL Giordano’s ingredients came in cans pre made and nothing was prepared fresh. I highly doubt that but If that is true wow! My waitress was dismissive and she refused to come back to the table and got the manager. I would never come here again, EVER
