We heard this Giodarno just opened so we wanted to give a try to support local business. The dining area is not that big. They only one person handling the carry out and serve the tables. There only three tables. We ordered salad, cheesy garlic bread and large special stuffed crust pizza. The cheesy garlic bread was pretty good. We had to wait for the pizza knowing that it takes time to make it. All three tables were waiting for pizza. The pizza was very good. The service was good too. We will come back.

While it lacks the atmosphere of other locations I’ve visited, the pizza was still great, from the perfect amount of sauce to the crispy, yummy crust. Make sure you give yourself time to enjoy their famous deep dish pizza. Pro tip: if you don’t have 45 minuets to wait for a larger pizza, try individual 6″ pizzas to save some time. Keep in mind this restaurant is in a strip mall, so it isn’t charming and it doesn’t have a ton of seating.

The food was delicious. Hot, well cooked and savory pizza, with some mozz sticks.

Since I was in high school (I am 47 y/o now), I have always thought that Giordano’s has the best thin crust pizza found anywhere in Chicagoland. This Giordano’s in North Aurora, while new, meets all of the quality standards in terms of food, vibes, and superb customer service that I have always come to expect from this legendary Chicago pizza chain.
Would recommend to anyone and everyone that loves tavern style & deep dish pizza as well as Italian comfort food also!

We are very excited about the new location! Have Ordered 3x’s already! We love the fact they have gluten free pastas, as we just found out our daughter has celiac disease. We are at the point where she is excited to try new gluten free options. Unfortunately all 3x’s we have ordered, they have not had the gluten free pasta available. Kinda of a bummer!!!! Take it off the menu or start making it available! Don’t love having to make a separate gluten free meal at home, when the point of ordering out is not to cook!

The food at Giordano’s was absolutely amazing! The deep-dish pizza was loaded with flavor, and the crust was perfectly crisp on the outside and soft inside. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere made the experience even better. Definitely worth coming back
