I had an amazing experience at Giordano’s! The food was absolutely phenomenal. We ordered the pepperoni deep dish with double pepperoni, and it was everything you could want in Chicago-style pizza: thick, cheesy, perfectly baked, and loaded with flavor. Every bite was delicious!
Our server, Amanda, was fabulous. She was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better with her great service and positive energy.
Between the incredible pizza and Amanda’s outstanding service, this was a five-star experience all around. I’ll definitely be coming back again soon! ✨

So good, that while on vacation we went to this location twice. Deep dish pizza wasn’t
what I expected and it blew me away. Everyone made nothing but positive comments about their food. I highly recommend, was better than the other Deep dish pizza place we tried, not by much if these guys are a 10, the other guys we tried are only a 8.5.

As a tourist how could I leave without trying authentic Chicago deep dish pizza. I ordered a personal size and that was more than enough for me. It was warm, cheesy, saucy and delicious. What stood out to me the most was that crispy buttery crust! Nothing like it!

My coworker and I visited Giordano’s last night while in town for work, and it was amazing!! Amanda and Tom were super friendly and helped us have a really nice evening. The pizza was incredible. I’d never had Chicago style pizza and we were really excited and it did not disappoint! So worth the wait.

This is hands-down one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. I’m usually not the type to eat bell peppers and mushrooms on my pizza, but trust me—don’t change a thing on their deep dish. Get it exactly how they make it and just enjoy. It’s insanely cheesy, juicy, and packed with flavor in every bite. Delivery was on time, and the driver was friendly and polite. Giordano’s, you nailed it!

Only thing I hate was waiting time . If you want pizza in time, please order it ahead in their app or website. You have the option to select your own veggies and protein in ‘make your own pizza’ menu option. Though the price is slight high, taste and quantity awesome.

Had to have the deep dish while in Chicago. It was awesome!
Also, Had fried potato balls with meat for the first time and I didn’t realize I needed these in my life.
Staff was welcoming and made us feel like regulars.

Visited this Giordano‘s location the other day with my wife. We were sat immediately, but unfortunately, had to wait quite a while for our server to come. He seemed fairly new and unfortunately untrained. He took our order and about 45 minutes after ..the manager came and told us that he forgot to put the order in and she is putting it in right now. Another 45 minutes went by and exactly one and a half hours after placing our order we received our pizza. The pizza was good, but the service was horrendous. We thought that maybe the manager should come by one more time to ask how is everything going. She never came by again. Originally she told us she would give us some discount for all of our trouble. When the check came, we saw that she gave us $15 off ….honestly, which was kind of a slap in the face after waiting 1 1/2 hours to get a pizza.…. we told our server this kind of was unacceptable and we thought that she could do something more. After going back-and-forth, he told us that the whole check was taken care of. We left a tip for the server, but unfortunately just left with a very sour taste in our mouths. we don’t blame the server, just poor training.

As a self-proclaimed food enthusiast, I can confidently attest that Giordano’s Stuff Crust Deep dish is the best pizza I’ve ever had. I’m not a pizza connoisseur, but my appreciation for good food is evident by appearance. This establishment is truly exceptional. During my previous visit to Chicago for work training, Jessica and I had the pleasure of dining at the downtown location, and we were thoroughly impressed. I’ve returned with my mother, and I’m delighted to report that the quality remains exceptional. If you’re in the vicinity of a Giordano’s location, I highly recommend trying their pizza – you won’t be disappointed.
