Pickup order January 9th. 14 inch tavern style sausage and mushroom. I have been getting pizza from the mokena location for years. This time was a let down. The pizza was burned and cold. I was too far away to bring it back. A wasted $20.

Very nice restaurant located in a quaint town. Easy entrance into the restaurant and easy exit. Very clean lots of table seating. Everything was cooked fresh and hot. We had a great waiter and we had a pleasant experience. Highly recommend their thin crust pizza

I was very pleased with our visit. We ordered 3 appetizers (they came hot, fresh and delicious). We ordered 3 different pizzas and each one came hot, fresh and also delicious. Our server Taylor was very nice and attentive. I noticed that he was attentive to all his guest tables. I went to the restroom and it was clean and had a fresh scent. I do recommend this restaurant, if you’re looking for friendly, clean and delicious.

We knew that a deep dish pizza would take a while to cook so we looked to order in advance. Found this place and spoke to Michelle. She took such good care of us and was super friendly asked how many people in the party so she could make sure we had plenty of napkins and plates for our trip. Didn’t even tell her she was on a trip but she assumed and she was right pizza was amazing. Service was amazing And we are super happy with this visit. Thank you so much Michelle for taking such good care of us. !!

This particular Giordanos is the BEST and only one that know how to cook a gluten Free pizza. Crust is great and toppings look a taste like a giordano’s pizza. MY autistic son loves it! Every other place including some giordanos butcher, and burn GF pizzas. This is the Only pizza place we eat at. Thankyou!

They have a great lunch, special with a salad or soup and a small individual pizza. The food was very good. The service was good. The only thing I noticed that was negative was that I was the first person in the restaurant For the lunch hour. We hadn’t had snow for a couple of days but under each table there were lots of footprints with salts and dirt. That tells me no one had mopped the floor in a few days. They may have mopped the aisles but they definitely did not mop under the tables.

I don’t come here to often but when I do it’s great but last night I order a deep dish and never been so disappointed the bottom of the pizza was stuck to the card board so u were getting a wet moist bottom and just made the pizza not to appetizing really upset about it but would like to see if Giordanos is willing to fix it

We have been ordering from Giordano’s for years and always have it delivered. The pizza is good – but everythign else has gone downhill. Our address does not populate correctly on the website when we order and I have to leave a note with better instructions. When the resataurant actually hired drivers there was never an issue. Now they use Uber to deliver (hence the hefty fees) and they do not care to read any directions. Our pizza was delivered to the wrong address and Genesis, the “manager” on duty could care less. I had to get angry to get any kind of response or refund. They told me it was dropped off and not their concern anymore. I asked if they had a photo of it dropped off and they do not. DO BETTER! Uber does not care about where they deliver. It was left outside a warehouse. There are many other pizza places around and we will NOT be ordering from Giordano’s again.

I brought my family there on Monday, November 17th for dinner. We were kindly greeted by a manager named Michele and our server was named Christina. We tried a few appetizers as well as the new tavern style crust. The pizza was the best I’ve had in years! Nice and crispy really thin crust. The service was fantastic can’t wait to go back for more!!
