I was told that I couldn’t come to Chicago and not get pizza at Giordano’s, and now I see why. This was amazing. I LOVE pizza, but even I was full from one slice of the deep dish.
Loved the atmosphere and the friendly, knowledgeable staff. Made ordering easy. There is a wait because it is made to order—but definitely worth it.
Great things take time, right? And this was truly great. Looking forward to having it again.

THIS PLACE ASKED FOR THE PIZZA BACK when they brought the new one since they made the first one terribly. DURING THIS PANDEMIC. ARE YOU SERIOUS??? Not quite sure what it is with this Giordano’s. It is hit or miss. Today I ordered a medium cheese pizza, lightly cooked. It arrived with cheese and bread. I thought they forgot to add the sauce. There’s dry, and then there was this pizza. I call to let them know, and they proceed to tell me to send in pictures to their email because the manager is too busy to come to the phone and he would take a look at it later tonight and get back to me tomorrow. No attempt to resolve the issue at time. So I requested they make me a new one. They deliver the new one, and the Driver states the manager wants the old pizza back. At this point I am baffled. During these times with COVID- they took the old pizza and box back. Not sure how that is even allowed but that’s ok, I complied. The new pizza arrived uncut. Overall, terrible experience and terrible calls by management to keep their staff safe . See photos.

Now this is how deep dish is supposed to taste !!!! The tomato’s on the deep dish are insane, so fresh tasting. We will definitely be ordering from here again, definitely worth the 25 minute drive.

This place just needs to close their doors. They can’t afford servers or drinks. The service and having to go up to the counter to order while I’m coming to sit down and eat with my family is ridiculous. I would have went to a fast food place for this service. And the food quality has dropped significantly! No longer a family restaurant. We won’t be back to this location.

We had a great time sharing with friends who were in town and wanted deep dish pizza. Amy, who was working the bar, made us feel extra welcomed and helped facilitate a great time of laughs and yummy eats. They appeared to be a bit short staffed but Amy helped us to feel right at home! Thank you!

Ordered a cheese and a sausage deep dish. Both were delicious! Sauce is very savory and they are very generous with the ingredients. We especially liked how they cut the pizzas so there were a variety of different sized slices! Sometimes you don’t always want a large slice, so it was really refreshing that someone finally changed up the normal “one size fits all” serving size. Both pizzas were done this way, so we knew this was the new pattern Giordano’s has chosen to adapt. Thank you Giordano’s for finally breaking the mold! Will definitely be back again!

Several menu items werent available due to covid. Thankfully pizza wasn’t one of them! Also fun to see the pizza come out and to serve up the 1st slice to see that great cheese pull!

Not horrible, but the staff needs training. Food was good even with the slow unresponsive service (seemed likely due to poor or very little training). One employee was quite obviously terminated while waiting on my dinner as the entire restaurant heard the exchange. Spoke with the owner before leaving and understood his frustration with a problem employee but i don’t agree with the verbal exchange done where the entire restaurant can witness. I really hope to return and maybe give them another chance as this may have been just a really bad day for all involved.

George, one of the owners, spoke with us for 20 minutes about his experience running the restaurant. So awesome. Was in town on business and had to try this place. Pictured is the deep dish special with sausage, onions, mushrooms and green peppers. Drove here from Cleveland, wish we had this in town.
