Great lunch place. Got a nice like real salad with fresh ingredients (leaf lettuce and spinach, tomato and shaved cheese) and a full personal pizza… perfect for the day!

Order 4 pizzas today for my nephews birthday party. I spent almost $200. The 3 large thin pizzas were completely destroyed when I opened the boxes. The stuffed pizza was in tacked. Looks like they were dropped/ mishandled. Terrible service.

This location of theirs is more of a carry out so we recommend calling ahead. However, they do have some outdoor seating that we were able to enjoy. The staff was friendly and the food was amazing. We got a small (10in) Meat and more meat deep dish and cheese triangles. Both really good. The pizza was more than enough for 2 people. Wish I had away to take some home (8hrs away) to my kids. They do ship their pizzas so may be looking into that.

My second time ordering from this location. When I spoke to manager Steve, who took my order, I called him back to ask why we got two soggy pizzas, he said you shouldn’t have had it cut. He never mentioned to not have it cut, when I placed the order. We ordered deep dish extra mushroom, and extra cheese, and the parmesan crust margarita pizza, which was very salty, and also very soggy. He asked to remake the pizza, I replied with no, thank you. This will be the last time we order from Giordano’s.

Ate inside today where they have two comfy tables and loved it. We wanted to try the new tavern-style pizza, and it was crispy and delicious, so a big win there. The crust had perfect crunch and chew and more flavor than many tavern-style crusts I’ve tried. It wasn’t overwhelmed by toppings either. Also the chicken parmesan sandwich and fries were super tasty. A great experience overall.

The franchise owner is great. We enjoyed the experience although our grandkids didn’t enjoy the Chicago deep dish that much. The restaurant has limited indoor seating and a lot of outdoor seating. If you want some authentic Chicago style pizza give ‘em a try.

My husband and I are from Florida and we really wanted to try the deep dish pizza while we are here in Chicago. We were not disappointed at all. The pizza was amazing. We also had the wings and they were great too. 10/10

To be honest, a TOTAL disappointment. Be aware that this location is mainly a carry out and NOT a sit down restaurant. They have two tables inside but mostly carry out business. The reason we chose Giordano’s is that it’s touted as one of the top Chicago pizza. We wanted a STUFFED pizza and even called ahead to verify they did stuffed as it usually taking longer to bake. Long story short is that we got a mediocre DEEP DISH. We brought it up to the staff there and they said their stuffed IS deep dish. I’m sorry to say but this is different and even deceiving. As you look at their decor and receipt it CLEARLY states stuffed yet going to their menu and website it says deep dish. Sorry Giordano’s, you’ve lost 4 customers! I could have had this same mediocre pizza in Atlanta at Rosatti’s.

Had my first deep dish today and it was delicious. So much sauce that when I was eating the crust, it reminded me of lasagna. Multiple layers, right amount of light and flavorful.

After the Morton Grove location closed down we decided to stop by this location for lunch but the gentleman behind the counter was rude and rather unwelcoming. This location has very few table to sit at and is mainly a carryout counter. They refused to even serve us water. They had a few Pepsi bottles you could buy to drink but no cups. Would stay away!! they were once on the top of the chicago pizza scene but maybe a thing of the past….
