Yeah yeah yeah, I know, another five-star review! Well, when a chain does things the correct way, I believe in actually being positive about the establishment, rather than tear folks down. I was very pleased with this Giordano’s, I’ve never really been to a bad Giordano’s. Everything was delicious. I got a pitcher of sangria, and it was very good! I think I had about 7 glasses of sangria out of that pitcher My wife had about four. She loved her Greek salad, and personal size deep dish. I loved my tavern style veggie with extra cheese. It was perfect! Also, I have to admit that the establishment was extremely clean. Anyway, thank you for allowing me to review this wonderful location. Our server, I believe her name was Abby, was in the top 3% in terms of pleasantness, efficiency, and personality. Like I said, I’ve been to many Giordano’s, and, this one was very well established in it’s positive corporate culture.!.?.!

Very well known Chicago pizzeria that has expanded up in Wisconsin. The pizza and pasta were excellent! The bruschetta was exceptional. Great place for family dinners. Our grand daughter tried her first deep dish pizza and loved it.

Empty restaurant. Seated right away. No one came back to our table for 20min. No water, silverware, plates, nothing. Took order. Appetizers came out. App was decent. No plates yet. Eventually got plates. Asked for parmasan. After 7 min. I went to kitchen and got myself. A different waitress took over our table. Again the place was empty. One other table had a couple at it. Pizza was subpar. Bottom crust was so hard you had to break through it. I guess if you’ve never had chicago style, you wouldn’t know any better. I felt dumb even paying for the meal. We will never be back. Not even for free. Whoever is running this place needs to pay better attention to it. Save yourself the trouble and find the nearest Lou Malanati’s.

One of the most notable pizza icons of Chicago and a welcome addition to K-Town. Whether deep dish or thin crust, this is definitely the place to be.
Always consistently good customer service wherever you go, clean dining area and great food at still reasonable prices.
Anytime we order deep dish, the wait is well worth it. Giordano’s is just one of those things that’s a must in life if living in an area that has a location.

Haily was excellent and was very attentive to our needs. Deep dish pizza was lukewarm warm and tasted undercooked. The crust was soggy and middle of the pizza was not hot. All in all, not much flavor or sausage- lots of onions and peppers.
Atmosphere was clean and industrial.
According to the manager, the cooks must not have measured ingredients which left us with a soggy pie. No visit from said manager, so, not impressed with service recovery.

Very nice place to visit. Great customer service, loved that they had glass window area that you could watch your pizza being made. Staff was great, prices for what you got is pretty decent. We traveled over 3 hours to check it out. I would recommend this place.

We’ve eaten inside, and ordered via Door dash a few times, and never been disappointed. The best part is, a manager recalled a previous order via Door dash was messed up per dasher, so he called to update us on the status… not once, but a few times. This is above and beyond! This is pristine customer service! Definitely 5 stars!

My daughters and I decided on pizza for dinner, and Giordanos was our choice. Our server was spot on with all our needs and very helpful. We ordered calamari, which was delicious, and a large deep dish half sausage half pepperoni pizza. The pizza was delicious, and the crust was light and crisp. All in a great choice of places to go. 100% recommend. Bon Appétit

1st time at Giordano’s, I heard how good their Famous Chicago Deep Dish Pizza Pie was. I had to get there to try it with our family. We bought a couple different pies, Very Good tasting, Outstanding, we all definitely will be back with the rest of our family and friends, Very nice atmosphere, very clean Restaurant, Good service a couple of the staff members had a little bit of an attitude, but we could understand it, was very busy it was dinner time that’s understandable. My dad was born and raised in Kenosha we frequently visit the area. We traveled from Milwaukee County, to enjoy this great pizza pie. Looking forward to trying some different entries from the menu next time, Thank you Giordano’s
