I had a very unprofessional experience with this location.
I placed an online order and accidentally selected pickup instead of delivery. I immediately called the store to correct it and offered to pay the delivery fee. Instead of simply adjusting the order, the employee manually re-ran my debit card for the entire amount again without canceling the original charge.
When I questioned why I was charged twice, I was met with an attitude and told the first charge was “canceled.” Days later, the money was still being held on my card, tying up my funds. I was then told to “just wait” and was refused any higher-up contact or clear explanation of when my money would actually be released.
Mistakes happen, but charging a customer twice, handling payment information carelessly, and then brushing them off afterward is unacceptable. If you’re paying with a debit card, be careful. This place showed zero accountability once they had my money.
I won’t be returning.

Literally the best pizza and breadsticks I’ve ever had. They hit the nail on the head- perfect type of cheese on a pizza, perfect sauce, perfect crust. Any review below 5 stars must’ve just gone on a bad day.

I took photos. Just wanted to share my Pizza experience. If you are charging almost 20 dollars for a large pizza, every pizza should be coming out of the oven looking perfect. My pizza was terrible. The cheese was burned and the bottom was not done at all. Total disappointment. If I wanted a lousy pizza I’d call dominos. No quality control today. It’s sad in today’s day and age ordering a pizza for your family is a luxury or a treat.

I’ll be honest, under the old owner, this was hands down the best pizza. No question asked. But over the last year, the quality has really gone down hill to the point where I’m just disappointed every time I get it. The flavor is gone. The pizza is falling apart half the time. So greasy now. I think I’m moving on to Bosco.

We had a big order and everything was done exactly as ordered. It was all hot and so good. The chicken was delicious. However, I ordered the margherita thin crust pizza without the spinach. I was hoping for fresh basil, but it was flakes, so I didn’t enjoy that one so much. That doesn’t change my rating, though. I doctored it up a bit and it was better. This pizza place is our new favorite!

Something has changed at this store…. They are now consistently burning the cheese on a cheese pizza. They never bread the ‘breaded Buckeye’ wings and now today they left out the ‘leg’ and coleslaw on a 4 piece chicken dinner.

Got a Philly cheese sub 2 of them. We were very disappointed. Meat was sooooo dry.. onions were not cooked but Raw… barely any cheese. Def will not order again. Terrible. I would of called but what’s the point. They ll just say sorry we ll try better next time.
