The food here is genuinely excellent — that’s the biggest positive I can give. The recipes and overall flavor are consistently strong.
However, based on my past experience with this company, I do have concerns about operations and consistency.
At the Mentor-on-the-Lake location, I observed issues with cleanliness and overall organization that didn’t always reflect the standard customers would expect from a food establishment. At times, floors and work areas were not maintained as carefully as they should have been, and the kitchen environment did not always appear well managed.
I also noticed delivery practices that could impact food quality. Orders were often prepared quickly but would sit under heat lamps while multiple deliveries were grouped together. This sometimes led to extended delivery times and food arriving less fresh than it could have been.
The food itself is very good, but operational consistency and attention to detail are just as important as taste. I hope the company continues improving its processes to match the quality of its menu.

Not sure why all the negative feedback from these Delta Bravo’s but my first experience today was top notch. Ordered the 4 piece with Jojo’s and coleslaw and added some garlic bread. $14.45 subtotal, $3.50 delivery fee, $3.00 tip since they are just around the corner, literally 2 minutes away and delivery guy was cool. No I don’t need a thank you to feel special and he did his job properly. Plus, each establishment is privately owned and operated so not sure why someone is blaming the company as a whole. Their pizza is absolutely massive. We got a Large pizza and it was definitely the size of an XL or XXL. Their pepperoni pizza was very good. I got their Buckeye BBQ wings and they were pretty good as well. Their ranch is just packets of Hidden Valley Ranch. I always prefer house made ranch as opposed to packets. Thats the only reason I gave them 4 stars for their food. We will Definitely be back!!

Sooo good! I’ve tried multiple pizzas from the veggie pizza to a pepperoni and sausage pizza and all have been great! Staff are so friendly too! Can’t wait to try their other food! Highly recommend!

The pizza was ok! We got a cheese and a steak pizza, italian sub, fry potatoes and chicken tenders total for pick up was 70ish dollars. My biggest issue with new places/locations, opening they are good for a month or so then it all falls apart. Well our first visit we got everything as ordered, except the steak pizza barely had any steak. The chicken tenders honestly were just big chicken breasts cut in half with barely any breading, also very chewy. The Italian sub was very medicore. In today’s world going out to eat is very expensive so you would hope that you get qaulity. I wish I didnt have to give 3 stars because I truly believe giving feedback can turn any business around, if they are willing. So if we try this place again and we have a better visit il adjust accordingly.

Ordered a big order and I received my food very cold and an extremely long delivery time. Driver was less than pleasant. Paying high prices you would expect to get a better quality service too but in reality it was extremely bad service. I feel they don’t see customers as they should, customers are why the place exists.

I ordered the chicken meal and a pizza. Overall, it was decent. I wasn’t crazy about the chicken, but wanted to try it out. Lots of really good pizza places in this area already, but it was worth a try. On the flip side, another customer was raving about it when I was picking up my order. Some people seem to love it, but I likely won’t be ordering again.
