Found little black hairs on my pizza (two different slices then stopped trying to eat after that), waited 8 minutes to be told they’ll give a credit for the pizza that we found hairs in and have 1 month to use that. I asked for a refund and the guy said to call back another time. I said I’m not about to do all that and will just post a review. He replied “you have fun doing that.” Rude and disrespectful, nasty guys working there! Why would I want pizza again that was just made with more than one black hair.

I called in an order at 8pm for fried chicken and jojos. Was told it would be done at 830. We got there at 8:35ish the guy said “oh it’ll be 5 minutes” 10 minutes later my husband asks a girl when it will be done and she goes and grabs a box that had been sitting there since we got there… so it was done just sitting there getting cold. My husband asked for ketchup and she gave us a long thin gioninos bag with packets in it. We get home dump the bag and its Taco bell hot sauce??????? So my husband called to ask what that was about and the girl goes “that must have been the employee that got Taco bell” when asked why it was put in a gioninos bag and given out we got no apology like it was a mistake….. what is going on here that you ask for ketchup and get orange Taco Bell hot sauce packets… its very weird…. it makes me not want order there… if they’re messing around like that who knows what they’re doing to the food.

Did not get what I ordered. When I called I was told to return and get what I ordered or “have a nice evening”. Apparently they don’t need business. I used to love this place, but they have totally gone downhill. Do not recommend. There are better places and staff.

Ordered pizza a couple nights ago and it was not made with our directions (light cheese), and the toppings on my pizza were super light. Normally they make it well, but it was an entirely different crew it seemed. Will be trying to ask who is working next time to get the consistent quality we previously enjoyed.

Absolutely delicious gluten-free/cauliflower crust pizza! I love it. The sauce is perfect – not too sweet, and just the right amount of savory & spice. My daughter and husband enjoy the traditional pies, as well! Highly recommended!

Had a coupon which stated buy 1 pizza and get 2nd of equal or lesser value for $8. Rather than sell me the $27 speciality pizza for full price and a 2nd specialty pizza costing $25, they only would have sold me the pepperoni pizza ($20) for the $8
