I absolutely hate to leave a review here, especially a negative one when I’ve been coming here for so many years because I am in love with the wings. But yesterday I couldn’t not even believe this wing were even served. 96 wings cost me $168. These wings were 100% not done they were undercooked. There were multiple ones that were raw. They were not even sauced right. And at least 15 of them still had the chicken feathers on them. Needless to say, majority of them hit the trash, a huge waste of money. Sorry to say but this football year I’ll have to find a new wing place.

We had a large fundraising event earlier today. A food truck had committed to attend, but bailed at the last minute & we had a couple hundred people to feed. It was a total panic moment.

Downgraded to 2 stars. I haven’t been here for over a year, I only go when I’m in town. Last night we ordered pizza, wings, jojo’s, antipasto salad and coleslaw. It was a HUGE disappointment compared to last time.
Their coleslaw, which was always my favorite, was inedible and more of a coleslaw soup.
The antipasto salad was a joke with little lettuce, which was bad iceburg lettuce.
Even the pizza was not as good as before.
Did I miss something this past year? I don’t understand what happened to the quality. New owners? New chef? New vendors? It was so disappointing.

I ordered delivery at the edge of their range primetime on a Friday night, the food arrived in the stated time warm and correct. A great option for delivery with there not being much around. One of the best pizza companies around and will definitely be ordering again.

Gionino’s has great food!
The Hiram location is stellar! They make an amazing deluxe pizza! It never waivers and they do not do like other shops where it gets doused in onion and green pepper because those are the cheap toppings. Pizza always comes in hot and mouthwatering delicious! The management at this location goes above and beyond to take care of his customers and still does things to retain his old ones. Great little spot!
