This location is by far the very best one around. Food is always prepared very neatly, steaming hot & fresh every time. Service when we pick up is fantastic. They are always so friendly at their drive-thru window. You can definitely tell these people and this business takes pride in customer satisfaction. I do not require much at all, but I feel like they always go above and beyond to make sure the food is perfect! Thank you Firestone Park Gionino’s for the great service & food but especially the delicious Buckeye wing sauce, hands down the best sauce around!

They “don’t guarantee” the options they give you when ordering online. Square cut? Good luck. Extra pepperoni , sure well take your money but too bad when it’s not what you ordered.

Their food quality has gone down hill significantly. I would prefer going to dominics in Medina. Their fried chicken has meat on it. Its literally just bone. And its so dry. Dominics juicy full of meat. Dont go here anymore. Let this place die.

Ordered through DoorDash. Ordered a couple pizzas, one was green pepper only. Order arrived before the requested time frame so it got cold before we could eat. Then upon opening the pizzas, the green pepper only pizza wasn’t right. They had put double pepperoni on it instead.
Tried to get a refund through DoorDash, but Gionino’s had not marked the order as delivered and complete so had to contact them. Guy who answered looked up my order then had me talk to the manager. Manager couldn’t comprehend and said he couldn’t find my order. I told him the first guy could because he read it to me! Finally found it and offered to remake the pizza, but I just wanted a refund by that point. Then was told they don’t close out orders until they close, meaning I had to wait a day before trying to report to DoorDash again.

Leaving this review because it needs to be said.
I placed an online order and went to pick it up. I said my name at the counter, and one of the employees called out, “Do you have order 190? I need it, she’s at the window.” A man came out from the back with my food, saw me, immediately turned around, and said, “Oh, never mind.” He then tossed my order onto the counter while the other employee laughed, grabbed it, and handed it to me.
For context — I’m a transwoman. The man in the kitchen clearly realized that when he approached the window and decided he didn’t want to deal with me. I can only imagine the conversation that followed after I left, based on all the giggles from the back and the guy at the window.
Here’s the thing: I didn’t go there for anything other than to pick up my food. I didn’t deserve to be mocked, dismissed, or disrespected simply for existing. It’s 2025 — no one should have to experience this kind of behavior.
It’s honestly not that hard to treat people like people.
I’ve come here many times before, but today was my last visit. I don’t expect them to care, but I’m leaving this review to hold them accountable. Ignorance like this should be unacceptable by now.
Do better. You all have family and friends — how would you feel if they were treated this way?

Ordered the ‘Daily deal’ (image attached) over the phone and was given a price of $21.95, which is $2 more than the quoted deal. When we arrived for pick up (which is only drive thru pick up), we were told that due to being individually franchised, their price was actually $25.95. Which is not a deal. They said they would honor it this one time, which they didn’t even honor. I still paid $2 more. The food was good, just disappointing to lose a customer over coupons on your website when it states your specific location.

Pizza was good, Gionino bread was overcooked. There was some discrepancy on price compared to website which I understand, but if the guy on phone taking order gives you a price, you can’t try to charge me more and blame it in the website verse franchise location.
