Got there at 7:15pm there to pick up my order. Lobby was closed at 7 for winter hours so I had to go through the drive thru, no big deal I can understand that. What I didn’t understand was the young man standing behind the counter dancing and making faces at me, as I drove around to the drive thru he switched to the big front window and continued his face making and dancing. Then I heard him yell at one of his young lady coworkers while I was waiting to be acknowledged at the window. He was incredibly disrespectful and said he did not make any faces or any dancing. I’m assuming the manager then came over and took control of the situation. He apologized for the workers actions and then informed me that my order wasn’t fully ready they had somehow not made half my order. He ended up giving me my pizza for free (because I refused to pay for it and would have just cancelled my order entirely). This has always been one of my favorite pizza places and it’s a shame to see them employee such disrespectful individuals.

Got a medium pizza the other day for pickup. Got it home and it was terrible. It tasted like the cheese was sour on it and the crust was mushy. They need a thin crust. The young adults working there were mostly on their phones. No pleasant customer service. It was the first time going the in a log time. Won’t be going back anytime soon. To many good pizza places.

I used to love gionino’s but anymore. When I get their pizzas most of the time it’s always inconsistent. Sometimes I get way too much sauce and other times. None. Sometimes it’s barely any cheese and if I order extra it’s four times the regular amount and then The dough doesn’t cook right and it’s one big pile of mush will not be going back anymore

They couldn’t cook a pizza well done if their life depended on it, let alone cook one until it was actually done. Delivery is always an hour plus. Fried chicken has suffered in recent years. Buckeye wings are delicious though. Just order Guiseppes and get a proper pizza cooked correctly for the same price if not cheaper.

Just wanted to stop by here and say that you made my kids’ week! They were with their cousins for the Halloween festival and received free mini pizzas from the Gioninos truck. They haven’t stopped talking about it, they couldn’t have been more excited, it made their whole trick or treat. Thank you so much!

We love pizza in our house. We probably order it more times than we should. I used to order from a Gionino’s that was by my work. It was so good. So we decided to try our local one. I’m so glad that we did!
This is what we ordered:
Buckeye BBQ Chicken Wings – it’s a spicy BBQ sauce, and it’s amazing! And the wings are HUGE!
Chicken & Jo Jo’s – the chicken is so juicy and crispy! The jo jo’s are so delicious. They are crunchy and large.
Pizza with extra cheese, pepperoni, and mushrooms – The sauce isn’t overly sweet, and the toppings are plentiful.
Pizza with extra cheese and double sausage – I didn’t have any of this, but my family enjoyed it.
Steak Pizza – its a specialty pizza of theirs, and it is amazing! The white sauce is my favorite. The steak was tender and not dried out.
Deluxe Sub – their spin on an Italian sub. I hadn’t had it before, so I wanted to try it. It’s good but not my favorite.
We really enjoyed everything that we ordered. And the staff was really nice. The guy working the counter apologized that I had to wait on my food. But that wasn’t because of them. I was a little early picking it up.
I know that chain restaurants get a bad rap, but this place is really delicious! You should try it if you haven’t.

Love the BBQ boneless wings! Food is delicious, but sometimes not every item is hot, ie maybe one dish was sitting and got room temperature while the other part of the order gets finished, even for carryout. Better timing would elevate to 5 stars! Very nice staff and delivery drivers

We ordered 4 pizzas for a family get together and only the gluten-free pizza was cooked fully. The other 3 pizzas were doughy and had to be baked in the our oven to be edible. We had told our family how much we like Gioninos to be truly disappointed by this experience. The delivery driver was very professional and courteous.

Family usually orders here, and we have liked it in the past. Food is tasty and lots of options of pizzas and sides. Has always been great for events or even just family dinner. However, the last couple times it feels like we are inconveniencing them when we order. I called and they even recognized my name from calling before so I was in their system. I ordered a medium pizza and jojo’s and they told me I should be able to pick it up in half an hour. I showed up and they either gave my order away or never put it in. The boy behind the counter wasn’t much help and I showed him my phone with their number called recently, because I don’t think he believed that I put in an order until I showed him that I had truly called. I could tell he felt bad and they were busy… But he told me I had to wait another 45 minutes. If they had offered to hurry up and have it out ASAP that would have been fine. Accidents happen and they were busy, but to get pushed back even farther down the list under orders that ordered after me when I clearly had proof that they were the ones who made a mistake. I hope they can resolve these issues in the future.
