I normally order from 4th street but ordered from here by accident. I was 10 minutes late because I went to 4th street first which could be the problem but my pizza smells and tastes like cardboard. Super disappointed because it’s always good and even with me being 10 minutes late it should never taste like cardboard.

Gioninos is one of my favorite places to get pizza, when it’s made right. For some reason everytime I get a pizza from these guys the dough is very soft and chewy and undercooked, even though every time I order a well done pizza. I’m not sure if they need a new oven, but that doesn’t explain why my pizzas look like the ingredients were vomited onto it. I got extra cheese and pepperoni, well done. It does not look like there’s extra cheese, my pizza is smushed, and its doughy and disgusting. They didn’t even cut it.

Everytime I order there seems to be an issue. The first time they sent a completely wrong pizza with our order. The second time I received a pizza that looked like it had been shaken up. Attached pic. DELICIOUS PIZZA but they have terrible service and mess up often.

Terrible experience, I have tried ordering at 8:10 in the evening and they refuse to answer the phone to take any orders. This has happened several times and I am at the point of never ordering food from them again. Terrible business practice. Maybe try hiring anybody other than high schoolers.
