Just left this location after waiting 35 minutes extra for a carry out order of wings and pizza. Never got the food we ordered this morning. Poor experience in every way. Asked for refund. They never apologized. Won’t ever go back.

Called in after 2 hours to ask about our pizza status & the manager only said they were very busy. No coupon or discount offered. Currently still waiting on our one pizza after almost 3 hours. Just disappointed as we did love their pizza…but the lack of customer service to keep a loyal customer was a sad discovery tonight.

I ordered my last Gionino’s pizza today. This used to be my favorite pizza place, probably ordered a hundred times over the years, but the last two times I’ve ordered i haven’t been happy.
They have the old world pepperoni and the last time I ordered i requested it, but the pizza came LOADED with it. It turns out that’s their “Piccolo” pizza which has like three times the normal amount of pepperoni.
So tonight I ordered a half cheese half pepperoni, requested the smaller pepperoni but just a normal amount, and they refused to make it without charging the cost of a specialty pie.
Said forget it and just do the big flat pepperoni since I didn’t want to get ripped off, but it still sits half uneaten.

Was very disappointed with tonight’s meal. I usually have problems with the delivery (with them forgetting stuff) so I decided to go get it. I’ve never seen a wing, thigh, and leg the same size! I called and the manager had a problem with my complaint He said they don’t pick the chicken? But you cooked it and put it in the box and knew that that wasn’t right?!?? He took over an hour to bring me an non-edible replacement meal that was cold and soggy!

I received a free pizza from Gionino’s today and decided to give them a try. I ordered a medium pizza with red peppers, JoJo’s, and hot wings. The service was great and they had my order ready ahead of time. I had actually left my phone and keys inside the store and the man up front brought them back out to me. However, the inside looked pretty gross. The refrigerator looked encrusted in grease. There was an older gentleman on the inside with his back turned and on his phone. The pizza was also sub par. The crust was too doughy, the cheese was too tough, and the sauce was hella sweet. The red peppers were ok but definitely canned. The peppers must have absorbed the moisture in the sauce and cheese when it was put into the oven. I liked how there was minimal sauce. The end butt of the crust was also nice and crispy.
That helped keep the pizza from being a dramatic failure. The wings were soggy (submerged in hot sauce and being frozen wings) and very obviously not fresh. The wing portion was also unbelievably small. (Pictured) the wing was over half the size of my pinky finger. I’m a 6’3 guy and I have rather large hands. The wings fell off the bone but had no flavor other than the sauce. Bland and soggy are two adjectives I would use to describe the wings. The JoJo’s were the absolute saving grace of this order (2 stars instead of 1) They were nice and hot, fresh, crispy, and starchy. I feel at least Gionino’s could do better by incorporating fresh, thick wings and fresh peppers/veggies into their arsenal. The other complaints are opinionated, but no one likes soggy wings/pizza, unprofessional staff (cellphone guy) and an unhygienic environment.

I love the buckeye BBQ sauce on some extra crispy wings. The pizza is freshly made, add some garlic butter in the crust, and yummy. I have used them for small family get-together as they are also reasonably priced. If you like quality!
