I’ve lived in Louisville my whole life. We have so many pizza shops. But gioninos has always been A1. I worked there in the 90s I’m almost 40 and throughout the years I’ve had good and bad experiences through different ownerships, sometimes it was super BUT sometimes it was SUPERRRRR YUM…
The food quality past couple months have been phenomenal. I’m a GM at a pizza joint and as much as I’d like to promote my own store. I’ll always be a Gioninos girl. keep up great work! Impressed .
I Called in ordered small steak pizza and chicken finger dinner. Usually takes long for delivery but I’m too lazy and the food is usually worth it.
Young lady I spoke with, had to be her first job I could tell but I’m very patient person and SHE did SO good with the order over the phone. ☺️

We’ve ordered here a few times & the pizza is consistently doughy. We thought maybe too many toppings, but we just got pepperoni & sausage this time. Still doughy. The part in pictures that looks gooey is all undercooked dough. Chicken is typically pretty good. A little dry at times. It’s on the higher end cost wise, so we expect a little bit better than what we’ve gotten here.

Long blonde hair lady was very mean.She was screaming at an older man about his order Place is falling apart Arrive to pick up order ,and they messed up ours and 2 other people’s ! Now half our food will be cold and half is getting remade. No offer to remake all to be fresh. No offer for a discount. And there brownie bites aren’t even made there or warm.Half the wings don’t have sauce.Buffalo chicken sandwich came with sauce on side

I was a little hesitant to order a couple of sheet pizzas for my son’s birthday party especially after reading the reviews but Gionino’s is what he specifically asked for, so i did. I needed the pizzas to be ready last Saturday Early dinner time around 5:00 pm. I called in placed my order late Friday morning. I’ll admit I was nervous that the order wouldn’t get made or the order would get lost. I was running a little behind when it came to pick up the pizzas but when I went in to get them they looked like they were just freshly made. They looked perfect and tasted amazing. About 25 boys inhaled it without a complaint. Service was great. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door by a bubbly teenage girl who was super friendly and smiley. I had two large sheet pizzas to carry to my car and was even offered assistance. Overall it was a 10 out of 10 visit. Gioninos has had our business for years in other cities and will continue in Louisville as well. Thank you

We drive from alliance to the Louisville low because the Alliance location isn’t as good and has screwed our order up a few times But literally the past two times we’ve ordered our order was wrong or not all there my girlfriend didn’t get what she specifically wanted so I let it go the first time but this time I called since we did drive all the way from Alliance and the manager lady said all she could do is credit me Four dollars we tipped them more Then that and spent more than that in gas to get it So I’m not happy

If you want the whole story read the whole review……..I have been ordering from this Gionino’s since the early 2000’s. Literally I have spent thousands of dollars here. Last night was 3rd time I have called since Travis the new owner took over & got put on hold without them even asking if the could put me on hold & they never picked back up. Then 2nd call they picked it up & hung up on me. So after Italo’s took my order I stopped at the store on my to Italo’s & yelled loudly 3 times from less than 20′ for the owner Travis by name. Travis would not even turn around to speak to me. Louisville Gionino’s has got the last dollar from me they will ever get. I want Ron & Becky back as owners…I live in Louisville but will drive to Canton. “Response to your response,” I yelled your name 3 times. There was another customer standing beside me who raised his eye brows like “Wow I can’t believe he won’t even turn around”, I was in your doorway to your kitchen & you were at the cooler/freezer looking at your phone. I was not quiet about it either as I was already mad. The biggest thing is that this is not the first time this kind of thing has happened. I understand when people are that busy things happen but your people that answer the phone need to be professional & apologetic when things happen. I even told your people about this not long ago & said that I would hate for the new owner to find out how the phones were being handled & it’s not gotten any better. I hope this helps you get better. UPDATE WE ORDERED PIZZA & WINGS 4/6/2019 FOOD WAS GREAT! PHONE CALL WAS HANDLED WELL….. I have ordered several more times & Travis & co. are doing great I think… Great food & calls being handled better than probably any other pizza place in Stark county. They have made great strides. UPDATE 2025 still ordering here regularly & still getting good food ready when it’s supposed to be! UPDATE 2026 STILL GETTING GOOD FOOD FROM HERE!
