Used to be some of the best carry out pie in Akron. Maybe I hit them on an off night but it was good, nothing more. I will try them again when I am in town.
Update: Aug 2025. Tried them again and the pizza was just plain bad. Dried out, not much sauce, worse than a frozen pie. This used to be a great place for pizza but not anymore. Fortunately Akron still has a lot of really good pizza places….this ain’t one of them.

Pizza arrived hot and was good as usual. I think the guy cutting the pizzas needs a little more practice! lol I still wish they hadn’t ruined the best meatball sub in the the state by going with 4 small mediocre meatballs from the 3 large, better tasting ones they used to have.

Spent a pretty penny to serve 16 guest. Over $100.00, 112.03 to be exact. I ordered a plethora of menu items including create your own pizza, mixed chicken box, salads, and buckeye wings. The only thing that was good was the heat of the chicken. The frying oil tasted horrible old burnt disgusting. The Jojo’s were soggy and the chicken soaked in grease as if the temperatures were too low to start frying the meat. They even provided a chicken drum that was already eaten in the box. The meats taste stale like rubber on the meat pie, and the pizzas had little to no sauce. I’d like to blame it on store closing hours but this order was placed for dinner right before 6pm. No utensils and horrible rushed ordering customer service over the phone, that rushed me after each item (“anything else”)….This is my 10th time trying with this place since I’ve moved near the Valley giving the mean Lady that never provides a good experience grace to patronize local community business. Needless to say. I am not interested anymore, there are plenty more references to use in the Valley.

This business has been here and been doing JUST FINE since I was a child. Quarter of a century she has been there doing business. I have ordered from here literally hundreds of times and never had a problem I have never had anyone be rude and my food is always great. The problem is many of you expect small business owners to bend over backwards and kiss your you know what despite how you are behaving. Dianna is NOT the one. If she was “rude” to you I PROMISE you deserved it. These reviews are crazy “the employee put me on hold” YEAH and then told her boss how you were behaving and her boss told YOU the real deal. She does NOT allow people to disrespect her staff. That is LITERALLY the definition of being a good business owner. If I could give them more stars I would. Try treating these people with a little bit of respect and see how far it gets you. If I have ever had an issue with an order, they have always fixed it

I really want to give this location a good review, but I just can’t. The pizza is good, the jojos are good, anything else I just can’t trust. I’ve order a variety of things from the through the years, I like to try what’s on their menu, but I have not been impressed by anything else. Mostly dissatisfied. I’ve gotten their Buffalo wings and they are undercooked and swimming in sauce. They’re actually really good if you air fry them for a few minutes at home, haha. I’ve tried their meatballs, various salads, fried chicken, a couple of the subs, all of which are blah. The owner has always been nice to me. Direct, no f-ing around, but nice. One of those people who are like “here’s what I have, take it or leave it”, and I find that entertaining and as someone who has worked in the industry I find it refreshing.

Never once have I had bad customer service, unhappy with my food and anything of the sort. I’ve been given long delivery times during “busy” times and have on occasion opted to pick-up to help them out. The woman inside has always greeted my with kindness and a great smile.

I order here about once every two weeks and never have any issues. They have $5 small pizzas during the week for lunch and their salads are just as good as any other pizza place’s. Plus, the dressing is amazing. The owner has always been friendly to me and I love that it’s locally operated.

This is the BEST pizza in the area and I have tried them ALL! I used to have to wait on trips to DiRenzo’s in Salem to get pizza this good. I tried a coupon here for the first time about 6 weeks ago & have ordered once a week ever since! My husband and I have both picked up our pizza order at the location in the Valley and neither of us have encountered any rudeness from anyone at any time so am real surprised by some of these reviews.
